    I have been doing Nina's training for about a year, my legs have become more elegant, and before my bottom was heavy, even though I went to the gym. Nina looks like a Victoria's Secret Angel. Your legs will become thin and long after these workouts. This is especially important for short girls, because we immediately become visually lower if we have heavy hips.

    Day 14: ✅ this workout actually works tbh which means it's really good bc my thighs are IMPOSSIBLE to slim down

    Day 16::✅ just realized I've been doing quite a few excersies wrong 😭
    Day 17: ✅
    Day 18: ✅ thighs are deffo smaller bc theese pair of jeans are really big for me now 🥲

    trying this workout for a month !
    day one : ✅ i was a little shaky the whole time, but besides that it wasnt too hard!!
    day two : ✅ i was a lot less shaky this time. i had a lot more control too it was over before i knew it! cant wait for tmr :)

    Day one, about to start in a minute, now before I start, i wanna say that I've been doing some of your other works out and they work for me, i don't see a full difference but i do see some things, my goal is to become a model like you, I'm not too far, i just have wayyy too much fat on my thighs and it runs in my family, but I'm hopping that this will work, this is my 7th attempt to do thigh workouts, but they never work, so imma trust you and if my thighs work, I'll keep doing it, but if i don't see anything in about a month..i might give up tbh lol 😅..
    Ok first time: didn't really feel the pain, all i am thinking right now is for me not to give up hope. I really have a goal that i want, so all i need to do is keep going.
    Ok so this was my third attempt, butttt i can't really do it today bc mother nature came lol😅 so I'll have to do it when I feel better maybe tomorrow, but update anyways, I've only been doing this for about 2 days and i already see a little small gap 😁 wow, it's not a BIG different but it something!

    This exercise really works good.. But it gives alot of pain & pressure on neck 😮

      You can put neck on the ground while doing it [ first 4 exercises]

      Nina' nin workoutlarini ben de severek yapıyorum ama bu biraz kolay geldi, gerçekten ise yarıyor mu emin olamadım? Sizde etki etti mi, ne kadar etti ?

      @@honneymon Merhabalar, öncelikle bacak günümde bunu yapıyorum ama diğer workoutlarına ekliyorum ( yani günde 3 vidyo oluyor) Baya etkili oldu sürekli iç bacaklarımdan şikayetçiydim şuan bacak aram baya ince. 3 ay boyunca aralıkla yaptım.

    Why workout do not work on my body...I mean I workout daily for an hour and working out for 6 months now but haven't seen any change yet ...why ? Your workout videos are great I enjoy doing them but I haven't seen a single change yet 😢

      I don't think so, if you do it right, having a great diet, doing cardio and stretching, your legs won't get bulky, they'll just get thin.💞
