Mall of Asia is located next to Railway line where KRIDe is building project. They need to get KRIDE get involved for providing access to suburbs .
Kodigehalli Railway Station & Yelahanka railway station would have been given access to mall of asia as back entry/exit so people can have future ready suburbs access to mall of asia.

No.1 problem is all Tech parks are having entry & exit from one road only. Their is no back/side door entry exit which can be seen on existing parks located on ORR, which is main reason why ORR face traffic jam. ORR if make road either on ground or flyover as back side of each park to provide entry from one end and exit from other in zig zag format. that will decongest peak hour traffic.

This is the reason why a Transport and Traffic Assessment report is needed for planning process. It is an offence if the planning department has given permission for such traffic generators to operate beside the roads having lesser capacity.

Important Topic Sathya .. There has to be proper planning by all the stakeholders (BBMP, BTP, BCP, DULT, Builders, RWAs etc etc) before any project is approved

31:51 Interesting to know that developers get points based on public transport accessibility from their property. This can be adapted in our cities and maybe tweaked for Indian cities. Biggest challenge is stakeholder management and the nexus of politicians and land developers.

Important aspects must include , mandatory allocation of open spaces/green areas , connectivity to public transport, space for pedestrians/cyclists
