So glad u did the large size. I have been thinking about doing that to fit my counter next to the stove cause that's where all the hot food goes for big family dinners. That's certainly a good way to prep your edges before binding, Sally. I can see where it'd be very helpful on the curves to hold all the layers together. I never thought of it until I watched this video. I love sewing rag quilts, especially with an extra layer of flannel for the fluffiest quilt. I’m going to try it next.

I love the jumbo pad for canning, once you take your jars out of the pressure canner, you want to sit them on something soft and NOT cold.
