your observation is spot on, i have been saying this for years now, Thailand is the number 1 country on earth right now, a decade ago there was this big Thailand vs Philippines comparison, however, Thailand has left Philippines and rest of the world to the dust and raced ahead. As the west crumbles with insane cost of living and crime, magically Thailand has kept it cost of living low. A dozen egg and condo rent is more or less the same as it was decade ago.
The quality of food and condos is world class. Singapore and Japan is hyped up like the west, you pay close to 2000 dollars for a one bedroom tiny shoebox apartment, while in Bangkok, you could live like a King for 2000 dollars, you can't own a car in Singapore without government certificate, things are insanely expensive in both these countries. You nailed it when you said Thailand is in its own realm.
Truly remarkable can't wait to be back 🙏🙏🙏
I rented a Honda CRF 250 out of Chiang Mai and rode the Mae Hong Son loop and had a blast. The loop is famous for its 1,260 curves. The reason I went with the enduro is so I could get to the indigenous villages out in the countryside along the Myanmar border. Seeing how the "long neck" people live was fascinating. Very friendly people. Beautiful nature. Interesting cities and villages. Love Thailand!
Amazing bro I actually only buy enduros to I have a xtz125 and had a Suzuki dr650 as well
Why do you love or not love thailand??? Much respects!!
People are nice, not aggressive, no crazy karen here, love it!
Hahahaha karen free zone 🙏
Thank you for your good words for my country 🙏.
Thank you for your great country 🙏
Best thing is when bkk is getting to much and you wanna just relax and chill you can take flight or bus to beautiful beaches and islands and chill for a bit
100% bro even to other countries very close + cheap
We love Thailand!! 🎉🎉🎉❤
Its the best!
I'm calling it now... Thailand is your new home base. You're already learning the language, which is beautiful in itself. Once you get an introduction to Thai Buddhism, history and philosophy, you're going to be hooked. The only country that may pull you away is 日本, which is very similar on all those points with the added dynamic of seasons (which actually matters a lot when shaping art and culture).
I think so bro but philippines is amazing to damn don't wanna leave
nah japan too uptight and fake. niice place to visit but not stay and if u do, u will find out quick or suffer.
Hey brother, I've been digging the content. I hope you're enjoying the Philippines more than I did. lol If you haven't already looked into it, on your next trip back to BKK, definitely swing by the Thai Embassy there and pick up a tourist visa. That will give you 60 days + a 30 day extension. Keep up the good work!
Appreciate that bro 🙏
Thanks for the info. As a Canadian, I'm looking at retiring in Thailand.
Glad ot helped Thailand has to be on the radar forsure!
Overall, Thailand is the most livable Southeast Asian country
Very livable forsure bro
I haven’t seen you in a while and now I see you changed your Channel name. No prob, I just subscribed so looking fwd to more Vids from you bud !
Appreciate that bro
This video really sums it up. Been living in Bangkok for a little over a year now and it's great. You can actually get a 1 year visa for around 2500 usd. It's kind of hard to find this process online, but after you find it then the process is quite simple.
If you every want to stay long term just let me know and I can point you in the right direction
I appreciate that brother, is that the business visa? That's the route I was planning on going but just got informed by the agent that it's no longer available
If that is still available, I’d love to know more!
@@RDJO88 Should be available. You can check out Thai Visa Centre in Bangkok. Just google it, you will most likely talk to Grace. She will help you to get it. She is a little hard to talk to as there is a language barrier, but I have checked with many agencies and this is by far the best
Thailand has been a major part of my life since I discovered it in 1988, in a IATA training at Thai airways headquarters near Don Meuang. Now spending 6 months+ / year there. To be frank, the feminine genre is part of the explanation ....
"If you're in central Bangkok - it's probably going to make your hometown look like a piece of garbage" sums it up well. 🤣
LOOOOOL
Love the way you share real opinions not just list style advice off google lol, keep them coming
Appreciate you bro
I would love to see an episode: Thailand vs The Philippines - comparision.
From what I see you love both countries. But could you compare them?? What advantages has one over another? I think Thailand has a better infrastructure and food whereas The Philippines has a friendlier people and it's easier to communicate in English and integrate with the society.
How about cost of living comparision? Where is cheaper?
Which country has prettier women? I mean, to your taste.
I was in both countries: several times in Thailand and only once in The Philippines ( and only one week ) so I can't really compare. I would love to hear more of your thoughts in that matter.
I'll definitely do that I think each place will suit someone better. It's such a contrast on many things for example thai women are more beautiful if you prefer the Asian look, but Filipinas are more into foreigners and connect better with them. So it's a very interesting topic forsure
@@BushidoNomad I think a video sharing your experiences and advice with dating, women, etc from both countries would be awesome. Especially since you don't sugar coat things and give the real truth.
Have u gotten into the clubbing/night-life scene in bangkok or philipnes at all?
Yes I have both are good but bangkok is wildddd
@BushidoNomad where in bangkok did you find it to be the best?
Khaoson road and sukumvit area can't go wrong
Khaoson road and sukumvit area can't go wrong

Lmfaoo
you guys aren't trail blazers you are late to the party..It was great when i was there in 2013 no too many hungry western invaders..so many pretenders
A million and 1 people say that about you and your "i was there in 2013" nonsense. "In the 80s it was great, by 2010 too many goofs" such as yourself.
u need a hug bro
Yeah im not a profesional youtuber my friend I don't care about going out in the streets trying to make viral videos and get views I just share insights the same way I would do with close friends, there's many people already doing that
Wow Stevie u are really cool
No worries bro inside my mic and camera are professional grade paid around $5000, however I don't bring those outside, outside I just quickly film with my phone to avoid attention or sometimes my dji pocket camera
Thais are down to earth people, you can dress casual everywhere even at work. You don't have to look good or fully dressed to impress a girl, unlike some of the country in Americas.
Hello brother from Russia !
