I personally like longer vlogs 30-45 min. As far as vlogmas I would say 3-5 videos a week so you don’t experience burnout. Anything more than your usual is great :)

Hey, Clancy! I’m glad you were able to make it to downtown Tampa! Welcome to my home town! Tell Momma Burke not to feel bad about turning down the wrong-way street in downtown Tampa. It happens down there to the people that are visiting and don’t know the downtown area, fairly frequent!😁. I’ve been working in downtown Tampa for so many years I can practically close my eyes and still get around there! Me and some friends just took the Cross Bay ferry this past Sunday that goes from downtown Tampa to the Vinoy area of Saint Pete, which is right by the brand new pier. We had a very nice time! I also survived the remnants of tropical storm/hurricane Nicole, just had some medium/large branches that fell in my backyard. If you get a chance, you might want to visit Harbour Island in Downtown Tampa. They have homes and townhomes and Apartments, although they can be pricey! I Look forward to your next video on Saturday!😁

Many people, as well as I, agree with her points on how celeb's should be cautious about their influence on fans when it comes to Lupus and other disorders. I was smiling from ear to ear about the driving incident, so much like me and my girls. This was refreshing to watch after a long day of work.
Florida weather is just like that last clip you put, one minute sunny next minute rainy then back to sunshine, sometimes one side of the sky can be bright and the other half of the sky filled with grey clouds. We even get sun showers!
Go to a chiropractor! One that is into recovery. They’ll X-ray you and figure out a treatment plan. I’ve been going to one for issues that regular doctors didn’t have answers for me and it’s helping sooooo much.
Thank you Clancy for sharing about your career anxiety when you started working after college! It made me feel less alone because my first job out of college was so nerve-wracking for me too! I only worked there for a few days because I couldn't handle the anxiety... But this reminds me that how I felt was normal and motivates me to find a new job soon!

Took a solid year to become comfortable with my job and not be so anxious before my shifts. Now, 5 years later I work in the OR and love it 😊 stil stresssful but not as bad!

I laughed when your mom referred to Zak's issue as his belly problem. LMAO! It made it sound like he had to go to the gym rather than having issues with his stomach. We know what she meant, though. I find with public speaking, it becomes easier the more you do it. I used to find it difficult, but I just made myself go on stage and share poetry and comedy so many times, that eventually I lost my fear and look forward to stepping on a stage. Avocado spread on toast sounds amazing! I gotta try that someday!
i visited that area of downtown tampa in 2019 and fell in LOVE! the riverwalk is incredible and i just loved the area. i hope you all settle in tampa ;) if you can, check out the history museum and the restaurant above it. so yummy!
Hey Clancy, just sharing my experience. I similarly injured my shoulder in late 2021 and its only now mostly healed. What my second doctor recommended for healing was to get a memory foam/therapeutic pillow to have support during the night, and strangely enough but worked, a back rest for my computer chair and one of those medical/back support cushions to sit on. That and gentle yoga stretches, and less rigorous exercise is what has brought me back to 95% at this point. Also, and it sucks, check if you are inadvertently sleeping on your shoulder in the night. That factor alone set me back a few weeks.
That’s one of the downfalls for me that is making my ongoing shoulder issues going into over a year and a half now! I am a side sleeper and I try to sleep on my back but I can only do it for like 10 minutes!😖
@@eleanormassaro5195 I had to train myself to sleep on the other side and every night had some sniffling involved because no other position gave the same level of comfort. The first night I realised it could take pressure again as I slept I cried tears of joy.
Your mom is amazing. You are both like me, first time I visited Florida was to Clearwater and Tampa and that was 6 years ago and I am determined to move there. I am over Ohio and the boredom in cold months the weather, right now it’s 31 out and I am miserable I hate it being cold and gloomy outside my depression kicks in high gear this time of year. Florida is amazing. And my mom and sister and her family live in Florida near destin and they’ve been there 6 years now and will never come back north. I am with your mom settle in Florida. Although I have heard and seen Floridians comment that they are becoming over populated and they are telling out of staters to stay away. Guess they are over the northerners moving there

I love Tampa so much! Ybor City is my favorite neighborhood and South Howard is nice. It’s kinda bougie but there’s good restaurants and it’s fun to walk through. I live in MD and wouldnt considering moving to FL but there are some seriously gorgeous areas that make you wonder why you live where you live. If you guys have time for a day trip, you should go to Longboat Key. It’s a gorgeous beach near Siesta Key area. If you do end up moving there you’ll be so close to so many beaches so you’ll have options!
Ask for a Cortizone shot in your shoulder. You might have bursitis in your shoulder and also get some Brooks ghost running shoes. A few minor suggestions from somebody who it has dealt with some of your frustrations.

The only thing I would warn you about the area you’re looking in is during the rainy season in may and June, downtown Tampa floods and st Pete usually gets evacuated.
Bars in window in florida homes is actually very common alot of older homes were built with them and most people just leave them on for insurance deductions instead of replacing them with impact windows.
I love the house tours but not very impressed with these. Hokas for running shoes. I have had so many and they are so comfortable. Glad you had a great visit with your mom. I could totally live in Florida but probably not in that area.
Keep in mind about Florida, a lot of insurance companies are leaving the state and in future years w climate change it is thought that insurance providers will begin to deny coverage in areas that are considered high risk of climate change related flooding, hurricanes (and wildfires are a big issue in other states).
Before you seriously consider buying property in FL get some property insurance quotes. Property Insurance rates are insane in FL. The industry is a mess. Whatever you would guess the annual premium would be double or in some cases triple it depending on many things, but the age of the property and of the roof are big factors. You are frugal and would hate to throw away money on these crazy premiums! Not to be Debbie Downer but wanted to mention it. Other than that I do enjoy living in FL. I am enjoying your travel videos
This lady is an insurance agent and sees it daily. I do write most of my policies on the East Coast. It may be better on the West coast. Clancy, you can Google it. Our Governor called a special session in May 2022 due to the homeowners insurance crisis here. Not discouraging you. Florida is a great place to live, but insurance can get very expensive!

I love the house tours but not very impressed with these. Hokas for running shoes. I have had so many and they are so comfortable. Glad you had a great visit with your mom. I could totally live in Florida but probably not in that area.
Keep in mind about Florida, a lot of insurance companies are leaving the state and in future years w climate change it is thought that insurance providers will begin to deny coverage in areas that are considered high risk of climate change related flooding, hurricanes (and wildfires are a big issue in other states).
Before you seriously consider buying property in FL get some property insurance quotes. Property Insurance rates are insane in FL. The industry is a mess. Whatever you would guess the annual premium would be double or in some cases triple it depending on many things, but the age of the property and of the roof are big factors. You are frugal and would hate to throw away money on these crazy premiums! Not to be Debbie Downer but wanted to mention it. Other than that I do enjoy living in FL. I am enjoying your travel videos

This lady is an insurance agent and sees it daily. I do write most of my policies on the East Coast. It may be better on the West coast. Clancy, you can Google it. Our Governor called a special session in May 2022 due to the homeowners insurance crisis here. Not discouraging you. Florida is a great place to live, but insurance can get very expensive!
@@laurenprada3335 yes, unfortunately, it’s probably about to get worse thanks to Hurricane Ian. But it seems like it varies quite a bit depending on if you’re in a flood area or very close to the water, plus the size of the home
