Im only 6 minutes in but I have to say, I think that mindset about money is a little toxic. Of course, how you live your daily life will dictate how much money you are able to save. However, scrutinizing every dollar spent will cause unnecessary stress. I used to be like that until recently when life hit me with a bunch of unexpected expenses. Life happens. If I spent time stressing about all of the money I “lost” it would take away from enjoying the positive things about my life. Money scarcity mindset is a real thing and it will stress you out your whole life if you let it.
I agree if you didn’t buy that sweater that money would have been used for something else. I also don’t understand how she has never seen a negative in her bank account, she’s only 26/27 (I’m almost 27) her life could make a turn and she could have nothing as someone coming from a single mom low income household her view on these things talking about savings and keeping thousands in her checking account is very privileged mind set. I’ve never seen a few thousand in any bank account never mind having more money in get savings. It’s just very privilege in my view
If it doesn’t make me bankrupt now, I doubt it will in 1, 5 or 10 years. Unless it’s a daily habit like cocaine for example. Or higher purchases like a home or car. Buying coffee or eating out everyday can also make you waste a ton of money. I agree with you tho. I spend money with moderation. I don’t think about keeping a shirt for 10 years plus etc lol i also think it’s toxic.
Being self-employed, take it as a sign to make quarterly payments! The IRS takes a monetary penalty each year you don’t make quarterly payments. Make sure you have an accountant Clancy 💗
Also If you overpay your taxes, the IRS will simply return the excess to you as a refund. Generally, it takes about three weeks for the IRS to process and issue refunds.
@@Odiekins Yes that will happen if you make less than the previous year. Quarterly payments should be made in equal to your income at the time which is difficult when it changes often.
Clancy- I work at a bank, as long as you have your receipt verifying the amount they were owed, you can file a dispute and Chase will take care of the investigating. Please please please file a DISPUTE because there is a timeframe in which you can dispute and you don’t want to miss the window. You can also try & reach out to IRS but at least you are both working on it.
I take my ring off at home when I'm cleaning, showering, or cooking. My mom bought me a few ring dishes that I put at each sink, that way I have the same spots to put my ring! Congrats on your engagement!!
@@ClancyBurkeX it’s so worth it to put it away for those things! I went to take mine in for a cleaning and my jeweler THANKED me for how careful I have been! I also don’t wear it while doing my makeup or hair and especially not working out. I have a silicone ring for the times i go hiking and swimming.
I agree. I have ring dishes but I also bought a couple more ring boxes since those are a bit more secure - I keep one in my purse (not that I take my ring off much when I'm not at home but just in case).
Clancy I am self employed. Have the station take more taxes out of your paycheck. When you have 2 jobs like we do, take advantage. Divide up what you owe this year into 26 paychecks and add that amount onto your tax obligations at the station and have them take it directly out of your checks. That’s exactly what I do with my nursing company and self employment. Then you don’t have to worry.
agree. I see clancy going onto bigger networks and different types of roles in front of the camera...just saying. I feel like she's going to outgrow this station, if that hasn't happened already...
The way we talk to ourselves is sooo SOOO important. You are most certainly not stupid, you made a mistake. Most likely hundreds of other people also made that mistake. You're human and most likely you won't make that mistake again. ❤️
33 years married and I never take off my ring only for medical procedures in the past and they had to pry it off me. Can't lie I cried with out it. My husband picked out the ring it was a humble ring of a band of gold and a little diamond. I love it and I love him. We now have the money to upgrade but I always tell him, " No"! I'll keep my humble little ring that he picked out for me.
My husband of 12 years just gave me a new wedding band, because my old ring no longer fits. (Babies, and a condition that causes swelling on left side more.) and when we went in they asked me if I wanted to trade my original wedding ring in. Absolutely not, no way! I may not wear it anymore but I wore it until it got so tight it caused me pain, and could hardly get it off. After going years without a ring, he felt it was important that I have one and gave me a beautiful ring, and I’ve only taken it off when we went fishing together, since I was afraid I might loose it in the river. I otherwise only take it off for medical procedures (I have them often) but I always leave it with him. ❤️
As an accountant, I absolutely feel your pain about calling the IRS. I spent 2+ hours on hold (in the middle of the day) only to be told that the department I called was closed (at 2pm) for the day. Very frustrating. I hope you get a refund situation figured out. As several people mentioned, this may be a sign for quarterly tax payments to make the payments less painful. But really, that’s a confusing sucky situation.
I’m frustrated for you!! Why couldn’t they have just said “oh by the way we’ll be closed by the time you’re off hold” instead of wasting your time! Lol.
Several years ago I accidentally sent the check for my state taxes to the IRS, and they cashed it. When I called them about it and noted it was made out to the state and not the IRS, and they said it didn’t matter and they would not refund me the money. Pretty sure no one else could cash a check not made out to them, and be allowed to keep it. The silver lining is you’re ahead of the quarterly payments.
Hello been married 20 years and i was told many years ago the more you take your ring off the more risk to anything happening to it. Because i always keep it on other than cleaning i do get it dipped once a year a jewler told me that what she does that white gold starts not to look as brilliant. Congrats to you guys:)
Hi Clancy! I wear my ring all the time except for when I’m sleeping, showering, or cleaning. 😊 Sorry about the tax issues. Hope you get your money back soon!
I showered with my engagement ring on occasionally. Once I got my band I take them both off when I shower. I always put it in the exact same spot when I shower. Away from the sink in the box. Other than that I wear it 24/7. I feel like my husband spent time and money figuring out the perfect ring that I want to wear that all the time
I’m a digital content manager at a TV station in Missouri. I just want to say THANK YOU for writing your web stories. I work with reporters every day and I know it can be the last thing you want to do, but it’s important.
When I got engaged, I was told the “3 s’s” of when to take it off which are sleep, shower, sweat! I have a ring holder in my bathroom that I just leave it on and I haven’t lost it the 3 years I’ve had it!
That’s a good point. After 10!!! Years!! I lost mine at my house. Have looked for 6 months! It hasnt turned up. I was bad about taking it off at the sink( wish I had had a ring dish now!) pretty sure I was drying it off and may have tossed it in the garage 😭🤢🤦🏼♀️
If you contact your US representative, their office can contact the IRS on your behalf to hopefully get your money back. I used to do constituent casework for a US congressman and worked very similar cases to what you are describing (with success!). Many people don’t know this service is available to help cut through the red tape.
Nope, I never take my wedding or engagement rings off. Not even when I had my kids! I can barely keep track of myself, taking them off is way too risky for me!
The moment of my Saturday morning when I have been up for a bit and I am sitting on my couch watching TH-cam waiting for the moment that the Clancy vlog ribbon pop up on my screen!! Good Morning Clancy!!!
I wear my ring when I’m going out - if I’m getting dressed up. But when I’m working out, sleeping, showering, hanging out at home it’s usually in the box.
💍 I don’t wear mine during showers, in large bodies of water, or during workouts. I wear it all the time otherwise. It comes down to what you’re comfortable with and your preference. Lotions and chemicals can wear down the metal, but many places allow free cleaning, inspections, replaying routinely to help with ensuring the metal is up kept.
I wear my ring constantly! I shower, workout, shower, cook... unless it's something super gross I always keep it on. You're right, there is a risk of losing it every time you take it off. Plus - it's easy to clean up. Just watch those prongs in case any are loose!
Same! I just take it off when I shower since it spins around and snags on my hair when I'm washing it haha. Otherwise, I sleep with it, workout with it, everything!
The ring thing is how you feel about wearing jewelry. I’ve been married for almost 11 years this Dec and only wear my engagement and wedding ring on special occasions because I can’t stand the feeling of jewelry on my body. I only mostly wear earrings. Doesn’t mean I’m not married and I think it’s very sexist for others to think I should be wearing it at all times or I’m trying to cheat on my hubby. Like a ring stops someone! Do as you please Clancy! I encourage this to everyone in anything they do❤️
Hi 👋 Good morning 🦋I wear my engagement ring 24hr/7 days. I never take it off. To shower, travel, cooking, etc the only exception to this is the gym - when I am doing my weight trainings. Because with lifting I am terrified of bending the ring also I can’t have a good posture and hold/grip with my ring or any rings on.
I never ever take mine off!!!! As long as the metal and stones are hard enough - it’s the safest option 💍 So sorry to hear about the tax issues. Love the video!
Thanks for another great video, Clancy! Here’s a little take out salad mixing tip so you don’t loose any of the good stuff when mixing- remove the plastic lid, add your dressing, replace the lid tightly and shake the entire salad for a bit. Remove the lid and the salad is perfectly tossed! Give it a try!
Honestly I didn’t wear my engagement ring much at all until after we got married because I was too afraid for it to slip off without me noticing. Now with a wedding band it feels much more secure. Also I always take my rings off as soon as I get home. Both to help keep it clean and to change up the feeling of my finger so I am more aware of it when I do wear it out
I've been married for almost 27 years. I only wear my "real" diamonds for special occasions because I don't want to lose them. I've had baguettes fall out & I broke a prong once. I have a nice CZ set that I wear for day to day stuff, although, I don't wear any rings when I'm just hanging around at home.
I’m married now but I used to wear my rings all the time! In the last couple of years I have stopped sleeping and showering with them on. I have a ring dish upstairs in our bedroom and one downstairs in the kitchen! I also don’t wear my fancy wedding rings every day, I bought a plain rose gold band to wear sometimes.
I've been married for 15 years and I bought a plain band about 10 years ago. It was much better. I really can't even wear it now because I lost a bunch of weight. Funny thing is. My hubby has never worn one. Lol
I have been married 5 years and take impeccable care of my ring. Suggestions Never wear it in the shower the minerals from the water can get stuck in it and you'll have to clean it more often. I never wear it cleaning either unless you wear gloves.
dealing with the irs may be the most infuriating thing about adulting! ive been trying to contact them FOR A YEAR to “confirm my identity” to get my 2020 taxes back (to which the line is busy every time I call at all hours of the day), but this year when i got less back they deposited it immediately! it’s so impossible to speak to anyone that im writing up a formal letter per my tax person to try to get my money back from them!
I had a problem last year as well. I got in touch with my state representative and they actually got things moving for me. It actually turned out to be a mistake I had made but I couldn’t find out anything from the IRS myself.
@@coastalmaine oh I’m so glad you got it figured out! This has been causing me so much darn stress! I just don’t understand how I’ve had no issue with this years but still can’t get last years?!
I've been married for 10 years and I never take my ring off. Only have had to for surgery. Shower with it, swim with it, work out with it. The only thing is I have never had an engagement ring so it is just a smooth band. I would say if you are going to take it off have a very specific spot to put it in like the change purse part of your wallet or a jewelry box so you will know where to look for it.
I’ve been married 14 years. I only took them off during my c sections and when they were getting dipped/cleaned. My husband doesn’t wear his while working out, showering, yard work, or dishes. A lot of our friends wear silicone ones on regular days. Also, my brother in law lost his band in the ocean on his honeymoon so that’s something to think about. Make sure your ring is insured as well.
For the ring question (do you wear it all the time, etc.), I put my ring on a specific ring holder in my room when I shower or even while I sleep, so I can't lose it. Seems obvious but its true, and you just have to be *super* consistent with always putting it back in the same place. Same when you travel, keep a designated place. Married 7 years and haven't lost them yet!
I have been married for 5 years and I don’t take my rings off ever. I even clean them when they’re on (toothbrush and dawn). When I do house cleaning I just wear gloves. My settings are very sturdy so I don’t have to worry about damaging anything.
I take my ring off when I do dishes or shower. I used to take it off when I slept too because I read that sleeping in it can loosen the prongs but I can’t wear it to work anymore so I sleep in it just because that’s the only time I get to wear it. We also bought a plan for it where I get it cleaned and repaired every 6 months.
Hi Clancy! I am engaged and I do wear my ring almost all the time! The only times I take it off are when I shower or if I am doing any work outside with my hands or if working out with metal weights. Sometimes with swimming also because I am nervous about losing it. Other than that it’s always on and I love it!
Hey Clancy! I don't wear my ring when I'm showering, sleeping, working out, or washing dishes/doing chores. I wear a silicone ring when I'm at the gym (it's better for the ring and will prevent damage, scratches and avoid it from getting caught) especially when you have a high set ring. I'm sorry about the tax issue and know that wasn't your fault!
I’ve been engaged for a few weeks now, been with my partner 10 flippin years!! I wear mine all the time, but when I shower I have a little dish that I put it in just so I consciously know where I place it. I’m like you, if I take it off, I’ll lose it lol. Congrats on the engagement/ new ring!
It depends on you. Some people where it all the time and take off when showering. Me personally, I wore it all the time and then now as married for over 10 years…I take it off at home and wear it when I’m out of the house.
As someone who has owed taxes for the last few years, and overpaid before that, you will get that money back right away or when you next file again. It will be seen as a over payment, so the IRS will let you choose to be refunded or apply that amount for the next year. I’ve had years of calling the IRS, and yes, there is a workaround to getting a live person on the phone, but call them. Ask those questions. Always select that you want to pay and you will be connected to a live person. And a note for future years, depending on what tax bracket you fall in, 16% of your income is a good number to save away.
I've been married for almost five years. I used to wear my ring AAAAAALL the time. Now I only wear it when I leave the house. I don't like wearing it while cooking, cleaning or caring for the kids (it can scratch them). It is part of my going out routine. I also wear a silicone ring when I work out.
I take my ring off when showering, working out, and sleeping. My jeweler recommended that. I try as much as possible not to put it anywhere other than the ring stand/holder on my nightstand so I don’t lose it.
Hey Clancy! I wear my wedding ring all the time BUT if i was working out, at an amusement park, pool, beach etc… I wear those silicone wedding bands. They come in a pack in different colors from Amazon and not pricey at all.
Yay glad you have your ring back. I do not wear my ring working out, showering, cleaning (using chemicals) and sleeping. Before I clean my face at night I take off my ring and set it on my ring dish then put it back on after my shower in the morning.
To answer the ring question! I wear my ring everywhere, BUT when we got engaged I went on Amazon and bought a little cute ring holder to put on my night stand and a mini travel ring box for my purse or my bag so if I'm ever anywhere I need to take it off, I have a designated spot to put it! I also look at it as rings are very expensive and they are made to be worn so they should be sturdy enough to be worn everywhere! - I think the only time I take it off is to workout and when I shower
I take my rings off when I shower, sleep, workout and sometimrs at work/school(medical field). I have a silicon ring I wear when working out and working/skills lab at school. I used to wear my ring to work all the time and then lost the diamond once! it was insured so it was replaced but that's when i started wearing the silicon ring when I was going to be working and new it would be a "hand heavy" day.
Hi Dear Clancy, regarding the ring I wear my engagement ring and my wedding band all the time, except when I shower, wash my hands, cook or when I'm cleaning, I don't like water or soaps or cleaning products to get in contact with them. I do sleep with them thoug and I was just like you no rings until THE rings got to my hands 😊 Hope everything with the situation gets resolve. Big hugs from a colombian fan!
I wear a silicone ring 95% of the time so I can basically do anything I want and not worry about losing it or breaking my actual ring. I wear my actual ring when I go out or on special occasions. The money part: isn’t your fault. Like many have already said, it is your accountant’s responsibility to communicate with you when touching your money at all. Don’t be so hard on yourself, you’re so careful and decisive about everything and just because you were a little too responsible and made an extra payment doesn’t make you any less intelligent. Your videos are something I look forward to the most over the weekend 💕
I wear my ring for everything except showering and sleeping. I have a ring holder on my night stand. It’s the first thing I put on when I wake up :) I got married this past November. I went to get the ring cleaned about 10 days before my wedding. I did not wear it from that point until the wedding day. I bought a silicone band for that timeframe and the honeymoon.
Been engaged for a year. I am not a jewelry person whatsoever, but I love my ring so much I feel naked now when I don't have it on. I just keep it on. You will get used to it
I’m sorry that you’ve had to go through this. Getting the money back is always a nightmare. But on the other hand, when I saw the headline, I was afraid you had lost your engagement ring!! 😳😳
I'm not sure if you do this already or not, but I always use Sally Hansen Double Duty Base & Top Coat. It's nice to have a product that does 2 jobs. I've used it for YEARS and it really helps keep your polish nice longer. Also, I'm not married anymore, but when I first got engaged I used to take mine off for different things out of caution, but I realized it was a nice and real diamond so I started wearing it through everything and left it on. You probably also have a warranty to keep it clean. I definitely recommend taking it in a few times a year to get the prongs and everyting checked and have it cleaned. Dirt can shift your diamond, etc. Also, I had "white gold" which is a rhodium coating, and that can be redipped to increase shine after many years. I had my ring for a long time, so I had it redipped I think just once. So excited for you. :)
We have a local IRS office, you should be able to make an appointment with your local office? Your bank should have seen it was a double charge and and automically disputed/denied the charge going through.
i take my ring off to shower or do dishes. other than that, it’s on. they do have silicone rings on amazon you can buy if you’re doing something you’re uncomfortable wearing it for.
You will get your money back....it will just take awhile. The IRS will deem it as an overpayment and will more than likely ask how you want handle it - refund or carryover and apply to the next year.
Once you get married get a silicon ring to wear for work especially when you are in the cold. Also take your ring off if you are cleaning with cleaning products. Don't forget to get the ring cleaned every 6 months to keep up with the warranty
You didn’t really lose any money, it’s just that you paid forward and now have a credit with the irs. And yes, they are so busy. I had a tax problem and was hold for over an hour and a half.
Aw Clancy! My heart broke for you with the IRS situation. It’s never a good feeling when your account is negative, but the good news is is that I don’t believe it affects your credit? I think you just get hit with an overdraft fee from your bank which you could probably dispute once you get your situation figured out. I personally love the variety of books that you read. I love how open minded you are and learning about other peoples experiences. Thanks for letting us in on a portion of your life!
I wear my wedding ring 24/7. In the shower, sleeping, cleaning the house, at work, etc. I only had to take it off one time when I was working out because it was pinching when I was doing some weights. That’s it. Congrats again!
I actually wear my wedding ring more than my engagement ring because it’s smaller. I was terrified of losing it, and I am also self conscious about my left hand because I am missing a nail on my pinky. My wedding ring is more low key, so it doesn’t attract as much attention to my hand (probably a stupid reason not to wear a ring). Taxes are the most stressful thing. I’m sorry you had to go through that!
Wow. Yes, being aware of your purchases matter, and acknowledging the financial advantages you had matter, but what you were talking about is the perfect example of toxic financial thinking.
So true. I don’t know why so few people are mentioning this. $20 spent in high school is not going to make or break you today. Also, it sounds like the random bank account checking is some form of anxiety. Saving and being frugal is one thing, but Clancy has the scarcity mindset. My mom grew up poor and that’s how she is. She gets super emotional over small amounts spent. It’s sad to see. However, by small I’m not referring to the IRS mistake but rather what she mentioned during the financial advice portion. You cannot live happily if all you worry about is money and it makes you miss out on experiences.
Salata is the best place for salads in the area. It’s like chipotle but for salads. You can customize it to your liking and mix it up a bit too. So if you are in the mood for certain things you can do that! And they are extremely clean and accommodating to allergies. It really is the best place and the large is like two salads for $12!!!!
A few years back I paid my federal income tax to my state by mistake. A headache and a half but I was able to get that money back. If you're working with an accountant then they should be able to make it a bit easier for you. That said, you can probably go to Chase too with your tax info and work with a person at a desk to get it resolved much easier than w/ someone on the phone. Chase in-person has always been soooo much more helpful with issues I've had than the phone customer service. Good luck!!
My wife and I have been married 25 years. Neither of us have worn our rings for about the last 15 or so, largely because they snag on things. Definitely want to take it off before showering or hitting the tub (and cleaning it regularly), otherwise you wind up with bacteria build-up and rashes on your fingers.
Hey Clancy! Love your ring and your blogs! I have a ring dish in the bathroom, one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom. I take it off to cook, clean, shower and sleep. But other than that, I always have it on (got engaged in December 2021). Also, if i’m using weights in the gym, I take it off but usually I don’t!
I was told for quality assurance to take the ring off when you sleep and shower. I take all jewelry off when I get home and just put it on when I leave the house
At first I was so careful and took it off to even wash my hands, now years later I keep it on for everything..they are made to last. Just get it cleaned and you should be good!
Not married or engaged, still single, but I wear rings every day, but always take them off to wash my hands, go to the bathroom and shower. I put them on a counter in the bathroom, so I always know where I left them.
I had somewhat the same thing happen with paying my credit card balance twice. I put everything on my card all month and then pay it at the end of the month. Took weeks and weeks to get my second payment back .
FYI, I don’t sleep, shower or clean the house with my rings on, but I do pretty much everything else with it on! I used to be much more precious about it, but you’ll learn that it WILL need repairs and cleanings no matter what, and you won’t care as much about getting it dirty or worn.
Personally I always wear my engagement ring whenever I’m leaving the house, and I only take it off at home when I’m cleaning, showering, or sleeping. But I don’t think there are hard and fast rules; wear it whenever and however is comfortable for you!!!
I take my rings off for everything: cooking, cleaning, showering, etc. I HAVE to take it off when I go to bed though. I absolutely hate waking up with slightly swollen fingers and feeling like my ring is tight! I think it’s personal preference though! I’ve had some close calls where I thought I lost my ring. If it feels right to you to keep it on then do it… otherwise make a habit of putting it somewhere safe when you take it off! Congrats again!! Sending love from Reno, NV!!! ❤️😃
I never take my ring off I'm too scared to leave it somewhere but after a while you learn to do everything with it and becareful of it all at the same time just keep it on its gorgeous! Thanks for always keeping it real! ❤
I always take my rings off when I shower, sleep, and swim. I put it back in the box it came in when I do take it off because my cats are prone to mess with any jewelry sitting out. 🙃
I wear my engagement ring for special occasions. I have never been a fan of jewelry. I think it is a waste of money. That money could be used to save for retirement or to pay for a medical bill. I don't wear my ring when I am in the shower or when I wash my hands because water can damage the ring.
As far as engagement/wedding rings go I personally take mine off when I shower, work out, and go to sleep because I don’t like wearing jewelry 24/7. I would especially take the ring off when working out because our jeweler said that when you exercise you’re more likely to hit things and loosen the stones. But I have lots of friends who never take it off so I think it’s really personal preference :)
I learned when a friend got engaged that you should not wear your ring to bed, shower, or get ready for the day. In my friend group the gift we all get one another is a ring dish for this purposes. I take my ring off at the end of the day and put it in the ring dish. I put it back on after I shower and get ready in the morning. Make it a habit and you will never second guess where your ring is each night!
some advice about your ring. Try not to wear it all the time. Take it off while cleaning etc. Just make sure you have a spot you always put it when it's off and it won't get lost.
I got engaged last June - I honestly don't wear my ring as much as I thought. I got a pear-shaped emerald and it is my favourite ring in the whole world, but I don't wear it because I am so scared of hurting it. I don't wear it around the house because im cleaning/preparing food, don't wear it to the gym either
I never ever took off my rings for our 23 years married, and then wore it years after he died.Well, I wore my diamond. My band I put in his pocket before burial. I finally took it off and my hand feels wrong without it. All my kids have always sent handwritten thank yous for every gift or good deed they're ever received. That's a non-negotiable.
We often get snow in April in Saskatchewan and even though I should be used to winter lasting a really long time, I am always disappointed when the snow doesn't melt as fast as I hoped it would. Yikes! That poor woman on the bike path. Crashing into that would hurt. I avoid the bike path in Regina, not because it's dangerous, but because I often get lost on the path. I feel more comfortable biking on the streets.

Also If you overpay your taxes, the IRS will simply return the excess to you as a refund. Generally, it takes about three weeks for the IRS to process and issue refunds.
She mentions later in the video that she does have an accountanT
@@rachelfritz I stopped making quarterly payments because the IRS lost hundreds of dollars of mine that I overpayed - I’ll pay the $75 penalty 😊
@@Odiekins Yes that will happen if you make less than the previous year. Quarterly payments should be made in equal to your income at the time which is difficult when it changes often.
@@johnfitzsimons9325 Great! I was confused as she was stressed when the question could be answered through one.
Thank you!!!
I take my ring off at home when I'm cleaning, showering, or cooking. My mom bought me a few ring dishes that I put at each sink, that way I have the same spots to put my ring! Congrats on your engagement!!
Ooh that’s a great idea! And thank you!!❤️
Never thought in my mind to do MULTIPLE ring dishes in different sinks.
You were meant to be a broadcast journalist. I can’t wait to see where your career goes. I have a feeling big things are in store for you.
Agreed. Change is in the air!
Thank you for this!❤️
33 years married and I never take off my ring only for medical procedures in the past and they had to pry it off me. Can't lie I cried with out it. My husband picked out the ring it was a humble ring of a band of gold and a little diamond. I love it and I love him. We now have the money to upgrade but I always tell him, " No"! I'll keep my humble little ring that he picked out for me.
This is soooo sweet and cute
I love what you wrote. I will not upgrade on my diamond. My husband picked it out 15 years ago and it's so sentimental.
Also moral of the story have a designated ring dishes and makkkke sure zac has it insured!!!!
Ring comes off for shower and for bed. Sometimes I have it on during my workouts. You wear it when comfortable!
If you contact your US representative, their office can contact the IRS on your behalf to hopefully get your money back. I used to do constituent casework for a US congressman and worked very similar cases to what you are describing (with success!). Many people don’t know this service is available to help cut through the red tape.
Don't be too hard on yourself. It was an honest mistake. Please update us on this situation.
Nope, I never take my wedding or engagement rings off. Not even when I had my kids! I can barely keep track of myself, taking them off is way too risky for me!
I never take my wedding ring off, even while engaged! It will never leave my finger! 💕
The moment of my Saturday morning when I have been up for a bit and I am sitting on my couch watching TH-cam waiting for the moment that the Clancy vlog ribbon pop up on my screen!!
Good Morning Clancy!!!
Aww you’re the best!! Thank you for watching! 💞
I hope that woman that flipped her bike is okay! That curb looked like a strip of paint!
Always enjoying your videos, Clancy!❤️
Yes, she is okay!! And thank you! ❤️
I always wear my ring. I’ve been married for a really long time and I’ve never had any issues. 💕
I just LOVE Zac! “Go back to babbling.” Lol. He says exactly what he feels. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
If you haven't gotten in contact with the IRS yet, call the second they open. If not, you'll get that auto message or be put on hold for hours.
I encourage this to everyone in anything they do❤️
Great advice! ❤️
As long as the metal and stones are hard enough - it’s the safest option 💍
So sorry to hear about the tax issues. Love the video!
I am self employed and totally overpaid on my taxes this year but they will either refund you or roll it over to next year/quarter!
Suggestions
Never wear it in the shower the minerals from the water can get stuck in it and you'll have to clean it more often.
It’s great to save but remember you can be gone tomorrow so get the coffee! ♥️
Thank you!!❤️
It depends on you.
Hi Clancy, thank you for your Saturday VLOG, your engagement 💍 ring is so beautiful.
Thank YOU for watching, Elizabeth!! ❤️
Once your return is processed and it shows a refund it will be issued to you if you doubled paid
Clancy stop being so hard on yourself about this. Your financial advice is great and you clearly live by it. Everyone makes mistakes!
I don’t wear my rings to shower or sleep because my fingers swell at night and it can get uncomfortable but it’s up to you what’s comfortable!
You bought your first car and appreciated it. I bought mine, college, everything and I learned to balance and appreciate.
Thank you!!💞
I wear my ring everywhere, except if I was gonna get super muddy with gardening 💞
She also has a show with her kids and husband.
I never take my ring off I'm too scared to leave it somewhere but after a while you learn to do everything with it and becareful of it all at the same time just keep it on its gorgeous! Thanks for always keeping it real! ❤
Same
I always take my rings off when I shower, sleep, and swim.
Good Saturday morning Clancy!!! 🥳🥳🥳 SOOOO happy you got your BEAUTIFUL ring sized and back!!! 🥰💍🥰 LOOOVING the long vlogs! The longer the better!! ☺☺ Hope you have an AMAZING day girl!! Sending love and positivity to you and Zach from Dayton Ohio!!! 💗💙💗💙💗
Thank you!!! Hope you have a great day!! 💞
I don’t wear my ring to shower or workout! I don’t want to get it sweaty or lose it when I’m out running.
