Can I ask what computer you're on. This effect isn't working the same on my machine as it is on yours. The tracking doesn't even start analyzing on mine.
I like the tracker the only problem im having I dont see where you can feather an images if I need too im im trying to track a bullet hit on a car but the images has an alpha channel its show the bullet and the black alpha channel which needs to be feathered out if you understand what im talking about would like your help
The Studio version really have a fenomenal fusion titles performance? I test the free version, yes its better, but not what a i see people talking In more complex titles is the same than DR17
Is there a way to do a motion track with a background? As in I have an actor, I did a dolly push toward him, but I need the background of the "room" to move with him.
1. Make a duplicate of the original clip. 2. Rotoscope the actor out of the duplicated clip. 3. Surface track the original clip. 4. Place the rotoscoped clip over the tracked clip.
Hi Sam, when I connect the node like you exactly u did, and I clicked the (go to reference), the red frame didn't show up.. so I have to manually adjust it with figures.. Anything I missed? I used a png logo file with α tunnel.
It's not that impressive. I have been experimenting with the new feature. It does not work very well on objects that have moderate movement. There is a lot of mesh error, there needs to be a major improvement from the beta to the final version of version 18
I can't open Davinci Resolve at all, I keep getting error 0cx00007b and have tried so many solutions, can someone help me if anyone knows about this issue?
@@iammask4 Wow, I’ve heard of this happening with projects but not the app itself…Sorry I’m no help. Try searching your error code and issue of course.
@@oldman8277 I have searched it before, I'm probably going to re-install windows entirely to fix it because I need to edit some videos of mine. If that doesn't fix it I don't know what will, but thank you for the replies anyways :)
@@iammask4 Maybe one day set up a separate partition with separate windows install or linux and dedicate it to resolve. Windows lost me past 7, I have 10 installed on the Mac, but I don’t visit often! 😂

I am on an asus zen book duo lap top it’s got a pretty good GPU in it so that be what’s making the difference
So what's the difference between this and the mesh tracker you did a tutorial on some months ago?

I feel the studio version performs the same as the free version you just get a lot more effects and features.
You should do a green screen tutorial? Also a tutorial on Mattes and what they are why we when should use them

I totally agree. I hope they make adjustments for it to track scaling to account for that.

I would suggest not downloading 18 unless you back up everything and/or run it separately. from their video, it’s still in beta
@@oldman8277 I have used it on previous versions but it randomly stopped working, I tried re-installing 16 and 17 and it still occurs

I would say it’s just as good as mocha from what I can at this point. I do believe you could do the aging effect if you had the old person assets

FYI - Resolve 18 studio does NOT appear to be a free upgrade...it seems that BlackMagic wants you to pay $300 for the upgrade - sad!
Damn. I’m gonna look into this that would suck bad if they make you pay for the upgrade and not offer a free version.
