Had no problem greeting those of a specific demographic and appearance - No surprise on this as its a fact! I remembered I had trouble putting my luggage into the overhead cabin and the CA standing nearby refused to help me. Upon seeing a certain race easily putting his luggage into the overhead cabin, she rushed to help him. Its natural that I lodged a complaint against her the moment I reached back SG.
Great trip report as usual! Watching this has me a tad nervous for my upcoming flights with SQ tho 💀 . Can’t believe they were snappy! It’s nice that you got the long haul A350 though. Hopefully your onward flight to MNL is good. Enjoy your trip!
Hi @nilskyproductions! Thanks so much for your continued support! :) Yes, this was not the best Singapore Airlines flight I've taken and unfortunately the main reason was the crew on this sector. It was great to take their long haul A350-900! Much better than the cramped regional ones they now regularly send down to Melbourne!
I took the same plane in March but it was a early morning flight at 4am lol But had to switch aircrafts due to a malfunction in the system so got delayed for 2 hours 😭 But I think a day flight is much better than a red eye flight
Hi there! Thanks for watching! Gosh, I never enjoy a 4am flight! Oh no, I hope that your flight was good though! Definitely a day flight for me, but i would take any red eye for better connections :)
It is a late flight. These guys work hard and keep crazy hours.... I think they can be forgiven for maybe not always being 100%. The main considerations for reasonably short overnight travel that requires little other than a seat and maybe a snack should be the overall comfort of the flight, value for money in comparison with other airlines, flight leaving on time etc. A smiling attendant is always nice but is not essential provided the fundamentals are taken care of.
I think it does make sense because people would’ve missed their dinner, due to showing up 3 hours before the flight and leaving for the airport even before that.
I'm sorry you got unlucky with this set of SQ crew. I guess no airline is 100% perfect. Anyway, still a great trip report, thanks for sharing!🤩
Thanks for watching! Yes, quite unfortunate, since I very rarely have a disappointing experience with crew on SQ!
@@af_aviationatleast they weren’t very rude…? Right…?
@@kamruzzamanmorol602 ah, hmm... i felt like dinner service was a tad rude and abrupt.
If ur in economy class do expect so much like u paid business class , u pay for wat u get u want leg room pay more
so whats the 'demographic' they were friendlier to?

hot take of mine but i really love the safety video, even if it is dated. just nostalgia for me since ive flown SQ many times since
What demographic exactly?
Singapore airlines wine in economy?
definitely some whining going on

It makes no sense to serve dinner on such a late night departure. They should do a little snack and then serve a full breakfast near arrival
very true

Hi there! Totally agree! They should switch the services like Emirates do on this service.
first
😂
