Hi Cindy, my hubby is going to buy me the jooltool but I would like to know which one you have. Is it the polymer clay one? We were shopping on the jooltool site and it appears they are completely out of stock of the "Polymer clay jooltool". I noticed you have many upgrades. Which package did you get or what do I have to order to get everything that your set contains? Also, is there anywhere else to buy this machine? I can't find it anywhere. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!! ~~MJ
How do artists get this stuff sent to them for free? I am an artist in Wyoming starting to make a name bit, I do all my work the old fashioned way, no electricity or batteries, just good ol' elbow grease.
Hi Alexandria Flannery yes, we usually have a new video go out each Monday and Thursday every week. The last two weeks of the month however, we don't post a Monday video because we post new color recipe palettes on our blog at www.polymerclaytutor.com We have been keeping that schedule for several years, but you never know, we could change that if we felt we needed to. Why do you ask?
I just noticed my premo circle cutters have 6 sizes. Could it be I was putting the wrong size on my hollow bead maker because the bead maker has 5 different sizes not 6sizes.

I am having a terrible time getting my clay on the hollow bead tool so they will match up when they have been fired. Can u give me some advice. I am a member&I have watched the videos on ur channel but still having an awful time. Right I just what to throw my hollow bead maker against the wall!! P,ease help
