Same stunt my X pulled. Only it took her 18 years before her AP (boss at work) dumped her. She followed him to 2 different jobs and states to be his side piece. He found another younger cun# to replace her.
You screwed up by not initiating divorce proceedings after the one year on the grounds of abandonment. If you had done that you would control the entire narrative going forward. No sympathy for your predicament.
