Kobe getting 2 status with each number 😊 and a 3rd statue with him n his lovely daughter. Best choice the lakers organization has made in prolly over 15 years.

8 was clearly the better player. He had everything. And that was pre injury Kobe. The numbers speak for themselves but the way in which he got those numbers was incredible to watch. The 2001 playoffs was probably his best run. Averaged 35 against Sacramento in four games. Averaged 33 7 and 7 against San Antonio in the western finals. Scored 81, scored 62 in three quarters against Dallas, number 8 may possibly the best player in league history in terms of offensive output. His nine straight games of 40 plus was also as number 8. 24 was well polished and somewhat of the final product but number 8 was an assassin.
Way I see it Bron has all the tools, and definitely some of that killer instinct. Kobe didn't have all the physicals (small hands, smaller frame etc) but he was a controlled psychopath. BJ was right about that night @ MSG Kobe did score 61 pts & it was the same game he did that ridiculous spin move ! I remember it like it was yesterday, the entire New York crowd gave him a standing ovation & no Gil your wrong they won that game
The Lakers vs Knicks game Gil was referring to was the 2005 season. Kobe had hit a game-tying 3 to force overtime. And then at the end of overtime, the Lakers were down two and Kobe passed it to Luke Walton who then immediately passed it right back to Kobe in traffic under the basket and they didn't even get a shot off. And Kobe bounced the ball hard on the floor in anger since the clock had expired. It was 2005. Kobe with 30 points.
People tend to look at accomplishments and accolades and measure the success on that platform. But people have gravitated Kobe immensely because he also failed, struggled and went through adversity as a player. It’s the human element that has attracted so many players. I think 24 had more to prove and a bigger chip on his shoulder. The biggest memory that Kobe said haunted him was the narrative that he was a sidekick and can’t win without Shaq. I think all us NBA fans love d rose just because MVP rose was DIFFERENT & ima Heat fan injures suck man glad my boy still hooping
Give me number 8 he was hungry and he became the Black Mamba as number 8 he hit 12 3pointers in one game 62 in 3 quarters outscored the whole team by himself 81
24 Kobe was my favorite one
Kobe ALWAYS up'd the ANTE🧏🏾♂️🎯
Kobe Bryant forever ♾️🐍
Jesus is King and he loves you, receive the gospel and repent of your sins🙏
I was thinking the same thing Gil said on the person who said the story
Lmaoooo
Referring to Anthony Davis
💯💯🙄🙄🤡😂😂😂
@jamaalMills. This the Realist Shit Right Here!…Ur Words are Accurate Like Kobe’s Jumper!…U Spittin’ Homes!…🙌🏼🗽🙌🏼
8 was like Mike Tyson before the belts... hungry to prove himself, youthful, and knocking out everything moving. 24 was like Tyson after the belts, but before Buster Douglas... seasoned, calculating, not wasting any movements, and just a pure gladiator- assassin.
Jesus is King and he loves you, receive the gospel and repent of your sins🙏
8 was Kobe 24 was Black Mamba
Gils is not lying about that Luke Walton situation.. I was watching that game.. Kobe was oissed Luke passed that ball back to him..
Best gils podcast right here. I agrees fully. 1st time for everything cuz gil usually trippin lol
8 was better as a player, 24 was better as a leader.
@Aldijan3r I've never seen a spam Muslim account before lol
Yeshua Is King on this side. Respect to the Muslim community though
Gil and shumpert tell the most animated stories
What Kenyon said about Kobe’s teammates complaining about playing with Kobe is soooo true, the only ones that complained were the lazy ones, the ones who didn’t have that dog in them.
Jesus is King and he loves you, receive the gospel and repent of your sins🙏
@@SedBolden I just talked to god and he told me to tell you that you’re the sinner and you need to repent, get off pornhub you have a wife
S/O to Gil for his takes #Mamba4Ever
They tried to slander him when he was wearing number 8. He changed to 24 and felt like the whole world was against him.(mamba mentality)I respect the lakers organization for having the statue in 8 it’s shows class
#8 was raw and aggressive and out to take over the world without a gaf in the world
#24 appreciated the journey of trying to take over the world
I have a new respect for k martin. Cause if you want to be good and play with kobe you want to win.
I’m gonna personally go with 8‼️
24 was seasoned I loved both versions & Numbers‼️ Afro Ko8e was my IdoL! 24 Ko8e was my Role ModeL‼️💯
Kobe and Prime Kenyon Martin on the same team would’ve been crazy!
I would have loved to see Kenyon Martin with my man Kobe, I hate you can’t rewind time!😢
He had gasol too as a great second option
