  • Panic attacks are scary! The signs and symptoms of a panic attack can feel like a heart attack and many people describe a panic attack as feeling out of control of their body. This video goes over the common symptoms of panic attacks, why panic attacks happen and how they get worse, and what causes panic disorder.
