- Mid-February break so we traveled to the Alabama Gulf Coast for the week!!! We show how to set up rigs (basic Pompano Rigs) for surf fishing and catch a load of Whiting, then show how we clean and cook some, making some delicious Whiting Tacos!!! The week was a ton of fun and is the first of several Alabama fishing videos to come!!!
