  • Psychosis is a condition that affects someone’s ability to determine what is real or not. Early diagnosis and treatment in psychosis increases the likelihood of a good recovery, so seeking help as soon as symptoms arise is important.
The Early Psychosis Intervention Program is about getting people the help they need early on. This mental illness is treatable and there is help. The Fraser Health Has Three EPI Programs - South, North and East. Each operates in a different geographical area.
This is the story of three people who found help through the EPI Program in Abbotsford.
As you’ll see in this video of three young people who share their lived experience, anyone can develop psychosis and the symptoms are different for each person. Fraser Health’s Early Psychosis Intervention program promotes early detection and treatment for psychosis for people between the ages of 13 and 30. If you are someone you know doesn’t seem themselves, visit fraserhealth.ca/earlypsychosis for help.
Please contact Nina at the EPI program for more information.

I appreciate the accuracy of these depictions of psychosis. Great film. And such a nice setting in the forest.

Haha start by being honest with him by identifying he is living is an unhealthy way in your perception and that he deserves better then the cards he was dealt and that you will be there for as long as i takes for him to heal .
