    I've been meditating every day for about two months and I must say it helps a lot. I've become more mentally stable and I feel more prepared for actual life, less scared of making mistakes. I've been watching a lot of your videos, you are the best. Your voice is so relaxing! Thank you for all the hard work ❤️

    I go through seasons of insomnia. But I’ve been having a hard time falling asleep the past year. I found you a few months ago. I’m falling asleep faster sleeping better than I have in decades bc of your whispers. THANK YOU!!!

    so when i was a baby/toddler i wasn't a fan of naptime, and my parents quickly learned that if i ever heard the words "is she asleep?" i would wake back up and start kicking up a fuss. instead, my parents picked up the phrase "is she in the arms of morpheus?"
    this video made me giggle a little bit as i remembered, so thank you for the good memories!

    Another great video.
    You probably have the most relaxing and calming whispered voice in ASMR. Amazing.
    Just a helpful tip to anyone who reads this and struggles to sleep like me. I bought some lavender essential oil last week and I put a few drops on my pillow and it's worked wonders. So far I've slept straight through nearly every night since which is unheard of for me. Hope it can help someone else out there.

    Meditation has helped me a lot. I used to feel so tired after waking up, but now I meditate for fifteen or so minutes right before bed and I wake up early as ever, feeling recharged and ready to take on the day. Your videos are my favorite thing to meditate to. The way you sound the Tibetan singing bowl sends me into the deepest trance. Fantastic work!!!
