The one who watches will disable your shield and the midnight lurker's attacks will bypass though the shield, and some other dwellers will shred though your shield
when you notice it and it looks at you and opens its mouth it sends chills down my spine but when it teleports to you it basically becomes a reskinned enderman not as scary but more annoying

the best type of horror is paranoia by simply tricking your brain to thinking something is following it now the beginning when the prowler smiles at the player when looked at is great but him attacking immediately made it all fall apart making something attack you immediately is just annoying and can get boring quickly a simple long stare wil do the job of scaring them even more make sure that the monster moves away from them as they get closer while stills looking at them with a smile ofc make them attack them after a certain or random amount of being seen by the player but make it short and uncommon and mostly play random sounds every once in a while and boom it's scarier in my opinion ofc keep in mind people get scared of diffrent things in diffrent way but if you do this you might genuinely disturb and scare most players (i think) you can try it out with someone who doesn't overreact and is somewhat expirienced with horror it can also be better if you make a very distorted and unusual creature like adding curves to it, it can really disturb cus the game is blocky yet there is something not blocky and it's moving if that's not what your going for and you want it to fit the game u can just make it blocky like the rest of the game anyhow Goodluck on the mod :)
