Alcohol is like an Oliver twist, you will always want more of it. It is better not to taste it at all. But I'm happy for your recovery bro.

Though the record of alcoholism on his father's side is alarming but that doesn't automatically make him an alcoholic person. Alcoholism shouldn't be seen as a way out of any problem. Alcohol complicate things. Here's a testimony to that. Glad you're getting sober.

So powerful, I hate alcohol. Like you said every time I pick up that first drink I can’t stop and it always leads to poor decisions. God bless and keep on!

Amazing! Aaron's story is truly an inspiring one. From a family background of alcoholics and drug addicts and his personal struggle with a proper sense of self awareness and confidence to the man he has now become - without depending on drugs anymore. It's simply amazing.

His addiction can be traced to the family influence. This is why as a family will need to consider other parties before going into anything whatsoever.

It's nice hearing his story, how he spent his early life after lots of tragic experiences that occured, which led to his father's death. But still we should find ways to resist the urge of alcohol no matter the traumatic time, alcohol will even compound more misery to our lives.

There is actually a spirit behind alcohol. You take a little you feel good and want to take more. Glad you had the strength to put an end to the alcohol addiction.

It's very difficult to recover from a hereditary disease even if its alcohol drinking passes from Parent to Parent. That's why its very encouraging to see Aaron was able to overcome this challenge and recover.

A commin denominator of these stories is the " ESCAPE" mantra/ The issue of that is you cannot stay drunk forever. You end up having more iisues than ever before. That temporary high will nener be worth it.

Alcoholism is real. Sometimes a person addicted to alcohol does not know he is addicted to it. Because alcoholic drink is so rampant that sometimes, even a child can gain access to it.

These things I believe has a spirit roaming with them. You try once, you wanna try few times more and few becomes all the time. Grace and willpower as well as a genuine therapy are what can break the yokes.

Not everybody is addicted because they want to be. Some are because of what they've been through in life. But, we shouldn't let our bad experience define us or turn us into something bad.

It never a thing of joy to use drugs to fit into groups, if you don't fit in just move and join people that likes you for you. Drugs never ends well.

Be solution oriented. Don't think "how drunk can I get with $50" but "How much can I steal with this backpack I am going to buy for $25". That even gives you money left over for a burger and cigarettes.
