Don't worry guys it's easy. I formed I-90 last May 8th when I lost it. then the Receipt Notice arrived within a week in 14th. Then the Biometrics Appointment notice arrived on the 20th. My schedule now is on June. And I think I'll received it after 4 months according to the uscis website.

@@abivill5743 Oh hi. It was the same for me. It was first shown as 8 months. But I was shocked when the biometrics mail for appointment already came after 2 weeks. Based on articles and websites I've researched the time shown on your account is not gonna be accurate most of the time. It depends in your case and evidences. Some will take longer and some will be shorter. Just wait & relax for it and hope that it will come soon. But I think you're just gonna be fine.

I’ve been going online to check for updates and still nothing. We’ve applied in November and we’re in July I haven’t gotten anything. Do we call or keep checking? It’s so frustrating.

My father’s green card expired 6 years ago, he has had the same job for those 6 years his card was expired and lived at the same residency for those 6 years too, if he renews for a new green card could he be denied? He hasn’t committed any crime either. We live in New York.

What about USPS lost the green card while delivering and you came to know after 2 months and USPS says its been longtime we don't have any information. I was waiting for card and it was never delivered to me but they delivered SSN to that address few months back. I just kept waiting because I thought its taking time due to pandemic. It's been over 2 months and I have already informed USCIS. What needs to done in this situation and how long it will take. The visa is under IV category and since the Greencard is lost, Can someone travel with same visa or not?

I filed Form I-90. Currently outside US. The USCIS responded asking for - US mailing address, US residential address and Date of return to the US to make an appointment for me at the Application Support Center (or the ASC) for Biometrics and Identity Verification to create new Form I-551. Am I able to do this at the ASC here in Sydney to get my I-551 stamp and return to US?
I thought they renounced biometrics this 2021? I filed a renewal on my 10 yr green card got the receipt but haven’t received any notice on biometrics. My card is 10 yrs expired didn’t even know since my job never asked for it. My sister filed for Hers after being expired 6 yrs and they did not ask her for biometrics she got hers in the mail 5 months later….. Do you think I will have problems getting mine? They're asking for the admission date and class admission on the i-90 form but I don't know these. How accurate do I have to answer these? The letter that came with the green card is lost as well. But I do have the alien number memorized.

I've lost my greencard and already applied for a new one with the I-90 form. It has been about 9 months and so far my latest update was because of Covid they are going to use my last biometrics so I didn't have to bother coming for fingerprinting and I know there's a back log on the greencard situation so my question is can I or do you believe that I would be able to apply for my citizenship and what happens if I got to the interview without the green card? in other words, would I be able to do my citizenship even though my green card is still processing

Im dv lotry 2023 winer im inside US for 63 days & i pay the fees before i come with 1 month the sitiuation is i write my address before i come without apt number. And when i comed i correct my address full with ar-11 application and i sended in feb 8 and they answer me in mar 8 its done and now i still didnt receve my green card yet & i dont know if its make it or not send it or not and the website say only the fees was payed and nothing else . What extension letter are you speaking about? Did you already filed your I90 form and received your biometrics appointment? In order to go to biometrics appointment you need an ID call USCIS in your state and inform them of your situation

if my green card was lost and i had booked flights in 2 weeks. is it the only way to get a stamp is by having the I-90 receipt mailed to me?
I would call the USCIS contact center (just google that and you'll find the number) and see if you can get an emergency appt at a field center - they can usually stamp your passport with the I-551 and that will allow you to enter the US after your trip

So I'm currently pending for my Green Card. Did everything asked and whatnot. Just waiting on the decision from them which as of now has been over a year and still waiting. I believe they sent me a sticker? resembling my card I believe but that has officially expired. How do I go about renewing that? Dumbest system of all time. Imagine paying over 500$ for a stupid card that valid for 10+ plus years…. You lose it…. Now you gotta pay the same amount again for just the stupid card….. without or with the card you still get scammed
