I wonder what incentive China would have to meet the request of the President of Finland, especially given that Europe is decoupling from China by increasing tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles and reducing risk, while the US is raising tariffs to 100% on goods imported from China. On the top of that, if we sum what the President is saying, in carefully crafted words, is essentially saying that peace will only come through the total defeat of Russia on the battleground - total capitulation. Sounds like he is in some different world. Ukraine needs to win but never defined what is the Ukrainian victory should look like. Ukraine needs security guarantee but never says that NATO cannot accept a country with territorial dispute. All military experts say that there is no avenue for Ukraine to get back its lost territories. It is just outdated cliches that he keeps repeating again and again.
