That introduction summarized the entirety of the franchise pretty well, one of street fighters glaring weaknesses for a fair amount of the fan base but, in my opinion, it's greatest strength IS how diverse each new game is to one another. It makes SF one of the more controversial games amongst fans as opposed to Tekken or even MK but I still look forward to how differently the games flow is as opposed to the previous title.

Perfect Parry does no damage because it's frame 1. If they do a meaty you can just wake up and do parry. You'll get a perfect one easy. Perfect parries are there so you can have a free knockdown and oki. It's not there for damage.
