[TAS WIP] Pokémon LeafGreen Round 2 in

- Still a bit of optimization to be done, but here is the almost end-product of almost a year's worth of rerouting. The major improvements fall into three categories:
-PP rerouting to reduce the number of healing items used
-Better spinner manipulation in the postgame
-Better usage of bikespinning to reduce Repel usage
After I finish cleaning things up, I'll finish up the commentary/catch tracker video, and then submit it!
On a more technical note, this is my first attempt with some new encoding techniques, which will hopefully help produce videos that look less potato-quality.
can hyper beam 1shot without crit to final vensaur??? (if yes why metronome for extra mega kick)
Venusaur has 214 HP left after sandstorm damage. Non-crit Hyper Beam does a max of 145.
Moreover, Metronome move choice is restricted by the RNG. A Hyper Beam kill loses 241 frames to this Mega Kick, because there just aren't any Hyper Beams at that point in the RNG
@@UnopenedClosure this question is because i see long pause before metronome select (is there other better choice in metronome rng to save time over this mega kick???)
@@user-ei8vz8xy1j There are no faster choices. Any earlier moves would require both a critical hit textbox and a super effective textbox, which takes longer than that delay+menu manip+crit textbox
@@UnopenedClosure next question is there any of lance pokemon can die to full dmg+crit mega punch (still search for way to save mega kick or blizzard pp for use on that venusaur)
@@user-ei8vz8xy1j sadly not. Mega Punch has pretty much outstayed its usefulness by Round 2.
And Clefable needs a crit Blizzard to kill Venusaur anyway
