I was honestly disappointed when I found out the Decepticon who got cut in half was Sideways. In the Unicron trilogy, which served as my introduction to the franchise, he's a Unicron cultist and con artist purely motivated by his desire to cause chaos among both Autobots and Decepticons alike. And then he makes his big screen debut as a throwaway 'Con. Ugh.
I do agree on that the cons deserve to shine in live actions has true main antagonist instead of being treated like animals cuz look at how they massacre devastator they turned him into an wild animal like I don't mind he is a quadrapidal transformer but at least they should have given him speech and higher level intelligence same goes shockwave brawl and the others

Look we all know this movie specifically was pretty stupid.. but i don’t really care. I’ve loved this movie ever since I first saw it. It has so many awesome scenes and all the new Autobots and Decepticons were dope. I’m not a big fan of Age of Extinction or the Last Knight, but I REALLY love the first 3 movies.
Fr people complain that these movies have no plot and dumb jokes. Well the movie is about a fictional robots beating each other up for a cube, a shard, a matrix and a staff.

I completely agree, the story lines made more sense. I’ll admit it had plot holes, but it felt like Transformers 3 was suppose to be the last film considering all the big bad Decepticon’s like Star Scream and Megatron got killed off.
Age of Extinction was very disappointed all the original Autobots were killed off except Bumble Bee. I also was gutted Ironhide got killed off too.

Why did this movie hit so different compared to all of the other ones, before and after? It was just like they took any idea they could and mashed it with transformers, while the other ones had a bit more structure.

They don’t know at first what kind of Deception they’re up against. For all they know, they could be as small as a radio or as big as a freight train. Not knowing what they’re up against means they don’t know what to use to kill it, discreetly no less.
Using an assault rifle can still help. Like Lennox says in the 3rd movie, "Go full auto, the vibrations jack up their circuits"

The fact that demolisher is the Caterpillar 6090FS excavator, is honestly a creative idea for how big the actual excavator is…and putting that as a decepticon is just creative! 10/10 movie, go check it out!
What always got me was the fact Optimus, leader of the peace loving Autobots, executed a disabled combatant who was trying to flee. He wasn’t actively trying to fight him and clearly couldn’t fight back.
I mean, by the looks, his giant tires are his weapons, and he was crushing people without caring, so calling demolisher "disarmed" is a bit too much

This was the first time optimus commited a war crime by killing an injured enemy. Once he declared earth his home, he became a citizen and anything he does including killing weak decepticons is considered a war crime
