- Phonak Audéo Lumity was released on August 23rd 2022 and it is quickly becoming one of our best-selling hearing aids at ZipHearing.
It has all the technology you'd expect- noise suppression, Bluetooth connectivity, and rechargeability, and it's even waterproof!
But our customers are always surprised (and confused) to learn that it comes in several different “technology levels,” or “quality levels.”
Ranging from Lumity 90 (the best), to Lumity 30 (the most basic), the prices will vary significantly- as does the performance.
Settling on the right technology level is no easy feat, but in this video I'll do my best to simplify it and help you decide which may be right for you.

Personally I found that the Windblock feature doesn’t really do much!
Great review, cheers. Can you tell me if there is much of a size difference between the basic L-R model and the Life model?
No appreciable difference. At least, not enough that any of our customers have rejected it for that reason

Great video. Should i choose the 70 over the 90 as I've heard the auto program switching doesn't work for people who wear only 1 hearing aid (left only - modern hearing loss)
If you're only getting 1 aid, typically yes I think buying one level down from the premium is a prudent starting place.
