Nice video. I have a pair of rusty shears I was going to throw away and replace, might try sharpening them with a knife sharpener first and see if I can salvage it.
My scuffle hoe/hula hoe is cheap and doesn't seem like it can be sharpened. Your scuffle hoe seems rugged and sharpens nicely. Please share the brand if you can. Thanks!

Nice, soaking them in vinegar then scraping with metal brush works pretty well to get the rust off.
