Hey thanks for the video. I have a question, what battery charger are you using to bulk test capacity? The biggest I can find is a 4 at a time. Also, I’m building tool batteries. I was using nickel strips .4 mm because to cover the max discharge of the Samsung 40t 21700 Is that way overkill?

Hi. What if the cells have marks of water under the plastic shrink? Would you sell them in the same way? they are all test with 2000-2300mAh, some 600 batteries!!
