I’d say the majority of people have no issues with this wand. Those who do may want to either check the washer or reinforce with a second. This is the best I’ve used... With 0 issues!

Sorry, but I didn't have good luck with my hose wand. I have the one with the handle, and the screw that depresses when you press the handle, leaks terribly. It's only 2 or 3 years old.
I had a couple ones similar to this (only they had the addition of a selector nozzle so I could spray a strong jet stream for cleaning/light pressure washing) and they started leaking (spraying badly) at the thumb lever after several months. The ball valve may be constructed from some hardened plastic but the handle portion just couldn't weather either: 1) the winter or 2) the water pressure from having it turned on at the spigot constantly. Now I will never buy plastic for water wands, guns or hoses ever again. So is the valve assembly and ball constructed of plastic and did this leak on you yet? If not, do you store it away in the wintertime?
I just bought one of these and got it today. it's great if you want to water your feet at same time as the plants. It's going back today because it leaks where the hose screws in. I tried it on two hoses plus the neighbours hose. Leak, leak, and leak .

You want a wand that lasts? Go to the AM Leonard website. Order three pieces: * Aluminum water wand (any of three sizes). * Metal water breaker head of your choice. * Brass shut off valve to screw into the water wand handle. All metal construction through out. Will set you back about $60-70. Last a lifetime. I have not interests in AM Leonard.
HaHa. Yes. Thrown away so many, all are junk, They wont last one year! But they also leak at the handles and every joint. And watering overhead when the water runs down your arm and into your armpit? Awesome!
I have the Dramm fan nozzle, they are fantastic and it has never leaked. I would recommend it for watering grass.

Have you tried the GEKA 2060GGSSB Soft Rain Classic Plus Wand? It has the same thumb valve & changeable watering heads.
Just used it. Use it everyday & its perfect.😊

Not that I'm complaining . They want $32 for them in spring of 2024. Those adjustable head are the pits. I have filtered water. They still fail!

Same here. It’s like the residual water in the wand past the thumb shutoff can’t stay in the wand.

Perhaps there was a shortage 10 months ago, but they are now readily available on Amazon (just ordered one).
Sorry piece of junk. Hose inlet started dripping about a month after use. Could not stop the drip.
