Depends on the PSI. I have a 300 gallon tote tank with the bottom 3' off the ground and no pump. When the tank is full, the water shoots about 10ft with the stream setting on this rain wand so it doesn't need too much pressure. Below is the tank build video. Hey there, @1:11 the raised bed on the left, what kind of wood did u use for the sides? Looks nice and thick. I use cedar but it's only available in thin planks at HD.
I used cheap 2 x 10 planks. Treated them with Thompson's water seal. On the dirt side I put agricultural plastic so the water seal would not leech into my soil.
Too many choices for my liking. I have an overhead sprinkling system put it in about 12 years ago. Have it on a timer. Waters everything evenly don't have to worried about killing plants with pressure, it has some maintenance. Sometimes some of the sprinkler heads fail but everything fails on everything.

I bought mine at a local chain called BiMart. Ace hardware has it and of course DRAMM has an Amazon store.

I have a couple hundred feed of tubing and will be putting in a sprinkler system when my Farmers Market inventory is all sold.
