I just went through the same thing turn it over and nothing it ended up being the the ignition relay the prongs was bent so hit hit sometimes and others it didn't.i had to get the gray base off the fuse box under the hood then I bent the prongs plugged the relay in bam we got action
Same issue. 2010 Ford Edge. I even have the same Autel. Same result when using the signal wire test on Autel. Which wire goes to which wire on the ignition switch? Can't really tell from the video.
Now seeing your video again. You had no 12v at relay from ign. So a shorted gps was causing no 12v to relay? Your very vague at what wires you repaired or spliced at the end of video.
@@EnzLokster ya cause i was trying to hurry up cause I had a full day but tried the best to explain. Remember it's a business I can't spend more time cause I loss profit and have angry customers
The gps tracker controlled that wire, the switch will send a power signal to the ecm. in turn the ecm will know when to send the signal to the fuse box to close the contact on the relay. all i did was rejoin the wires but used a red cable i had cause it was too short and tight to work on. hope that clear it up. it been a while i upload that video
@igoraleksi252 the issue is that I need more information and it's not the same as being there in person. Sometimes it's hard to explain to people that work on cars imagine to the owner

So my start fuse keeps blowing out it’s a number 3030 both sides of the fuse. Is this normal to happen?

so you basically bypassed the PATS? why didnt you just ground the pcm ground at the relay?
not really i remember the gps tracker and repair the wires and fix the issue. gps tracker shorted and caused the issue
