    ESP32 Hydroponic System:
    *****
Today, we are going to make the most practical iOT based Hydroponic System using the ESP32 WiFi + Bluetooth Module, the DFrobot’s Gravity Analog pH Sensor Kit V2, EC or TDS Sensor, Analog Signal Isolators, DS18B20 waterproofed one-wire digital temperature sensor, the most versatile UART version of the A02YYUW Waterproof Ultrasonic Sensor, and Blynk application for the monitoring.
Let’s first start with the Gravity Analog pH Sensor kit V2. And let me also tell you this is the upgraded version of the pH meter V1 which could only be used with 5V compatible controller boards, whereas the pH Meter V2 is compatible with both 3.3V and 5V compatible controller boards.
Inside this box you get a product qualification card.
A paper that gives you an introduction, technical details, and safety tips about pH sensor.
A pH probe with the BNC connector.
The pH sensor interface board or the signal conversion board. It must be kept dry and clean, otherwise, it will affect the input impedance, resulting in an inaccurate measurement.
    Some wires and screws.
And standard buffer solutions 4.0 and 7.0. For the perfect calibration of the pH Sensor, you should have these buffer solutions. That’s why I ordered this complete kit.
I also ordered two Analog Signal Isolators. If you have ever used a pH sensor and an EC sensor at the same time in the same container, you know that the sensor readings can get messed up because of ground looping. So, to avoid ground looping, I am going to use two Analog Signal Isolators. I will use one with the pH sensor and the other one with the EC sensor.

Really incredible. Can I ask what software you used to draw the ciruit shown at 12:40 mins

Excellent. This project may also be of use for the acidity/chlorine levels in a swimming pool.

    Great Video!
Why did you isolate both, the EC and the PH Probe? I understand from a dfrobot video, it is sufficient to isolate one of them. As long as the two probes do not have common lines, one is fine.
Also, did you experiment with switchen one probe off when testing with the other one?
For me this worked well in one direction - switching PH Probe off, the EC Probe had proper values. The other way round it took a while (20 sec) waiting time for it to work

Yes, I have tested in my Arduino based hydroponics Systems.

This is amazing, please also make a tutorial on how to control the peristalting pumps based on the range set by us.

    • @ElectroniClinic
      @ElectroniClinic  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

this is simple, you need to use if conditions to check the pH, TDS, etc and then accordingly control the pumps. the way i explained for the water level.

@@ElectroniClinic Thanks a lot for the reply but there is a challenge with controlling motors. The nutrient solution does not dissolve immedeately so by the time sensor reads the values it goes higher than expected.

Just measure the water coming back from the plants create a seperate container and put the sensors in the container @@astrovivek

Hello, I need help. I wanna try create project with tof1020. But I have problem with code for Arduino IDE. Exactly problem with "SimpleTimer" library. Code doesn't work

Install the blynk library, the simple timer error will go away.

by the time you invest the time and money into this, you'll find its cheaper to just get a pre-made solution. Cheap PH sensors do not last and the TDS sensor in this video only goes up to 1000 PPM which is useless for serious hydroponic application. You're better off getting an EC/ORP probe and writing code that calculates PPM from EC. What a PITA!
