The ball was tipped by the line backer, which tipped the trajectory of the ball upwards. That said, a testament to how good of a ball he threw because it still made it where it needed to go.
EDIT: That last play was a good playcall. It was an RPO, but the low snap busted the play. he had a lane had he been able to follow the pulling gaurd. But Michigan's DE blew up Bama's RT and pushed him back into Milroe's running lane, causing him to trip thus ending the game.

I appreciate this comment, I didn’t see him tip the ball upward. Low snaps ruined a lot of possessions for Bama but as you said it’s more of a nod to how good Michigan’s defense is, I look forward to Monday and how Washington fares

Michigan had a weak non-conference schedule but prior to beating Bama, they still beat 2 top 10 CFP ranked teams, #2 Ohio St, @ #10 Penn St, and also beat #17 Iowa in the BigTen Championship. Next year Michigan schedule is stacked including a tough non conference schedule which they play Freso St, Arkansas, and Texas. Then during Bigten season, USC, @ Washington, Oregon, Michigan St, and @ Ohio St.

I can agree with that. WE both had mistakes, and the way our O-line, and D-line was playing... I knew it was only a matter of time. I was scared for about 3 minutes, after bama took the lead. Then I wasn't.
If you notice on last play, #5 for Michigan pushes #65 back into Milroe, making him lose his balance.

JJ doesn’t have huge numbers but he is one of the most accurate passers in the country and his intangibles are second to none and he one tough dude oh yeah and he’s THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONS
An argument can be made that you were right. Corum was a large part of the win. His OT TD was the greatest TD in Michigan history and I was here for AC and Desmond's "The Catch". But Wilson's catch saved this season. Wilson was the key to the natty. If wilson had not made that catch it would be just another short M season.
From what I have seen and in hindsight this team was built to win a championship, everything worked out how it was supposed to. One of them seasons we’ll look back on with all those moments you mentioned and realize that this Michigan squad was perfect

McCarthy is actually a VERY GOOD QB. compare his numbers to Mayes, or Williams. sure, he doesn't have the yards, but his completion percentage is above 73% He has 4.4 speed, is 6'3 215, He had a great running game, and a Great D, so he didn't have to win games for Michigan, tho, when he was asked to put numbers up, he did exactly that. He is a top ten draftee. He will have a great NFL Career. He's 27-1, All the guy does is win.
only reason Bama was able to stay in the game was the mistakes that Michigan made. Had Michigan played their normal no mistake game, Bama gets blown out. Go Blue!
Corum went CRAZY w a... decent 118 all purpose yds... a modest 4.4 yd/carry w 83 yds on the ground... and they scored 20 pts during regulation as a team... CRAZY

Michigan's defense has been nasty all year and statistically the best defense in the country. JJ is not a game manager. He has elite arm talent, elite awareness in the pocket, and can run with 4.5 speed. And they won the natty. Go Blue!
