New idea for my Air Fryer - different brand same concept and it came out perfectly - rain rain and more rain so needed to use my steaks. Glad I found your vid! We did 9 minutes for us Medium - pink all the way through - while it rested I put in some already prepped fresh stuffed mushrooms - wow everything was good. Now I know when bad weather I can still enjoy a great steak - still prefer my grill but this will work when needed. Thanks again
