As a govt employee working as junior assistant in revenue department, I admire your way of explaining work culture..we have to be flexible in work and personal life because both work and personal happiness are equally important whether it may be software or govt department...your videos are always mind refreshing ones👏👏

I’m completely out of touch on the job market :( . I’d recommend you to check out the careers page of the companies as that’s the most updated place and to follow recruiters from the organisations who might post on their LinkedIn page when something opens up.
From social media it would be even more challenging. It would be dependant on engaging with an individual on a long term basis and build trust based on that. Start off with your network from college, work and other groups. For online if you see mutual friends then you can ask the other person to introduce you to them and you can discuss mutual topics of interest. That would be one method of engaging with folks online. Hope this helps.
