I hope that she was charged a consultation fee for wasting everyone's time, that was very rude and inconsiderate.
From what I've read Kleinfelds pays their consultants, and it's not much.
Yes! Randy and Sarah deserve better.
That was rude and disrespectful. And look at what she picked?? Rueshing all the way down. And the fabric looked cheap. A consultant fee should have been charged at the least.
She wasted their time and insulted their gowns! Very rude!
I agree!
She's nasty. She just wanted an afternoon of trying on $5000 dresses and acting holier-than-thou with the staff. The mother is just as bad for playing along. The consultant was a saint
I often think that a lot of these brides are so taken with their spell in the spotlight that they will do anything to stretch it out as long as possible. Total time-wasters without a thought for anyone else.
Pity the fool who married her.
the fact that she said they met when SHE was 15 (didn't mention his age) sent up red flags
... and her children. They'll never be good enough.
The groom is soooo much more important than the dress. Misplaced priorities, maybe. I'd get married in jeans before I'd go thru this stress!
Indeed
@@dietotakuNot really as my former friend met her current husband at 15 and they dated for over 10 years before getting married in 2005. They are still happily married to this day with 2 kids.
The fact she made fun of the scallops on the one dress and the one she likes has scallops was so disrespectful. Shame on her for not being up front with the staff.
I was thinking the exact samething! She also said she didn't like Satin amd her dress was satin. She has no idea what she was talking about and she was quite rude the way she acted, if you asked me.
Right, that was so contradicting.. She knew what she was doing to them the whole time.
@@dawnmonson6575 Her dress wasn't satin, it was cheap shiny polyester 'satin'. She was incredibly arrogant.
The dress she liked was so cheap and ugly, IMO! She should have been up front with them from the beginning.
@@maryclaremayo6157the dress she liked was so, so ugly and cheap looking. It’s perfect for her.
Bro she just wasted their time ..they were so supportive and working so hard to find her dress...like she could've told them just once but she kept on criticizing and wasting their time
What a bitchy young girl, good luck to her husband. They should have a cut off time where they politely send someone home.
I agree, but I think she was looking for something she liked better. If she had found that mythical dress, she might have bought it. But NOT if she already bought that odd little dress THEN wasted the consultant’s time. It all confused me. Probably because it wasn’t pleasant for anyone. Weird.
The best part is that the whole family was into what is really a deception. They tried on dresses just to validate their earlier purchase. Creeps me out. Poor Randy
Not acceptable behavior from the bride or her family. The salon is in the business of helping you to find your dress. They are not there to help you play dress up.
She was looking for something under $1000 she should have gone to Goodwill they do get some beautiful wedding dresses
She will always be remembered as the rude bride that wasted everyone's time. Good luck to the groom. She is a nightmare!
Man,at this point I feel like she wasted MY time! 😅
This was filmed 15 years ago, back in 2009. Probably has half a dozen kids by now, all of whom are as boring and rude as she is.
I am very impressed with how Randy handled this bride: I'm angry FOR him! 🤬 SMH!!!
Fiancé needs to run for the hills!
I’m reading through the comments to see if anyone did some sleuthing to find out if they’re still married 😂
50 cents says she is long ago divorced. The husband changed his name and fled to Botswana to get away from her.
Respect for Randy and Sarah for the way they handled this situation.
How immature and selfish.
I get mean girl vibes from the bride, and the mom is her enabler.
I think the mom plays victim was really just groomed and enabled the daughter.
Tell me you've never worked in retail without telling you've never worked in retail.
What an inconsiderate person!
And her actual dress looks like everything she said she hated! Wtf I was so mad for randy and the consultant!
And when acculy try things you can change your mind. Otherwise why try them? Look on pictures and pick the look that has the elements you like and order it. Done
That’s exactly what I was thinking. Maybe its a bad photo but it wasn’t anywhere near as nice as the ones they pulled for her 🤦🏻♀️
I just about lost it when she complained about a seam line on the front of her dress… I am like girl you don’t need to be getting married then because you won’t even think about that when your walking down the aisle to your groom.. and when your kids throw up 🤮 on you.. oh my lord.. so help me.
How exasperating! This young bride got her 15 Minutes of Fame, however, all she did was to show everyone she's silly and rather immature. Randy and his staff are true professionals and, as a fan of the channel, it delights me to see the many brides who find their dream dress at Kleinfeld.
You do know that these shows are nothing but lies and hyped up drama, yes? It's very well known, it's documented all over the Internet, and literally eveyone on the planet understands it's nothing but cheap entertainment, all meant to get the viewers riled up and taking sides. EVERY single show, every single genre of "reality" tv, is precisely the same...every. single. one.
She is one of the most unlikable people.
She just showed how spoiled, rigid and domineering she is that her entire entourage is sitting there hostage while she makes the consultants scramble around to get her a dress while insulting every choice that comes through....all while sitting on a major secret! You'd think she'd at least come in telling the truth about the dress so they had a "dress to beat" but instead she wasted everyone's time.
Excellent summary of this most unpleasant person. You were diplomatic. I'd say she's a self-serving, arrogant creep.
Yes, she is beyond annoying!
She didn't care. She already had a dress.
@@vern0018A cheap-looking dress to boot!
for me the worst part is that this dress she likes that's so cheap it's exactly what she told them she DIDN'T like - satin with ruching all the way down. it's not even that she hid this other dress from them, she blatantly lied about what she likes. I think she wanted them to come out with a pnina for $500 or something.
This is exactly what I was thinking - the dress she actually liked was nowhere near as elegant or as beautifully made as the ones she tried on at Kleinfeld. Would love to know if she is still married
And criticizing the seams on one dress for looking cheap. Then confesses she has a 'cheap' dress that in that photo looks totally cheap. So rude
My guess is she said no to the stuff she liked because she didn't want to see a dress that would make the cheap piece of dress she had LOOK like the cheap mess it was. I'm guessing they also didn't have that 3k to spend actually either. Most of us like a bargain but a wedding dress is usually (not always) the time you splurge a bit. They could have found her a better dress even at the price point of 1k-1.5k if she was just honest.
There is no dress at any price point that can make that personality pretty.
She said she didn’t want to give the price point because they’d judge her. Girl, they KNOW they aren’t the only bridal shop around. It’s not a foreign concept for them. They judged you because you were rude and wasted their time playing dress up. They wouldn’t have judged you if you loved a different dress over one of theirs. They would have been thrilled for you.
Exactly! We've seen many brides come in and say "I went shopping and liked dress A, I'm seeing if I can beat it." or "I want to see if I can find something just a wonderful for around the same price point." The staff have never been angry about that. If they can't beat the dress, they tell them in a second "I think you found your dress and need to go buy it!"
HOW RUDE!! This bride is in Kleinfeld’s, one of the most prestigious bridal salons in America, and wasted their time AND costed the consultant a commission!! Then there’s the fact that her entourage was in on it! RUDE!!😡
That family is so rude and inconsiderate.. Especially the bride! Saying that the consultants should find what she's looking for with all the options they have in store? Meanwhile she has another dress in mind the whole time? I'm glad they caught on that something was up.
I can't even. That level of rudeness is unacceptable. I'd be so tempted to ban the entire family + the best friend from Kleinfelds forever. And do a quick inventory of the accessories after they leave because if they're willing to steal the staff's time, what else would they feel entitled to steal?
Randy is just so patient, but he isn’t a fool, he knew what was going on. She didn’t want ruching, she didn’t want a clam shell and she didn’t want satin, the dress she chose had all of that.
She's completely annoying and obnoxious.
For Heavens sake-if you can’t find ANYTHING nice to say about those beautiful gowns…🤷🏼♀️Why go and waste their time when you already found your dress? Not very nice.
She felt ashamed that her "taste" is so cheap and vulgar.
You are totally right about "those beautiful gowns." I think everyone of them is pretty, maybe not a style that would look good on me, but they are ALL beautiful.
@WhirledPublishing As she should! Finding a wedding gown for under $1000 is wonderful, but in this case, that dress looks like it's not even worth $200. Yuck.
She doesn’t like wedding dresses clearly - girl, go and buy a non-wedding dress! 🙄
Best wishes to the husband.
Run dude run!
The bride is full of herself, and should take a good look at herself🙄
Energy vamp. Anyone wants to know what one looks like and feels like…..this is a whole family of them.
She just went in to try on expensive dresses. 5 times as much as she could afford to spend. That dress she saw in the other shop had a clam shell on it, rouching down the body, all things she said she couldn't stand. Obviously knew if she tried on a dress with those details the dress she could afford would pale in comparison. The rudeness though, the rudeness would have had me send her away much earlier than she went. So she got on TV, now everyone knows how ill-mannered and childish she is. Randy won that one. That was not a good character reference for her.
What made me laugh is that the dress she chose looks so cheap and nasty and everything she said she didn't want. She just wanted to waste their time and try on more expensive dresses that she couldn't afford.
she even completely lied about the budget and about a lot of things.
I got the impression that she had no intention of getting a dress as she already had one in mind, which is why she found fault in every dress. It was as if she and her family set up the whole thing as a challenge to see how far she could go before she got a reaction. Kudos to Randy for suspecting something was not right and calling them on it. I would have been livid - I don’t know how he kept his cool and didn’t ask them to leave.
This young lady should learn to sew and make her own gown. Imo she’s difficult on purpose. Trying to get her Mom to spend more money.
She’s lucky to have their expertise. She needs to listen to Randy. He knows best.
They usually script the episodes. She's playing along and probably enjoying the role she's been given. They do take the bride's personalities and preferences into account and she is a real customer, and, apparently, Randy is the same as he is in real life, just less energetic, but the show is partially and, often, fully scripted and most brides and encourages agree to the roles they're assigned.
I didn’t see a lady, not a single one, they were all in!
She was not interested in what Randy had to say. She already has her dress. She was just using them to satisfy her curiosity about what else is available. What a selfish, immature imp.
Nah! She wasn't trying to get her mom to spend more money. She never had any intention of buying any of the dresses. She only wanted to spend the afternoon trying on 5000.00 dresses. Randy KNEW she was up to no good!
@@tintioz3281 they knew there was another dress. I am not sure if they just guessed, or if she had informed them ahead of time that they had "a dress to beat" and they decided to work that into the script. I am not sure if this was the case at the time, but nowadays at Kleinfeld, even if you're not going to be on the show, when you book your appointment you have to tell them what dress style you're interested in and choose dresses from their catalogue that you want to try on. A lot of wedding shops ask these sorts of questions when you book your appointment, although not necessarily in those details. Our florist also asked us a ton of questions. Kleinfeld especially is so busy that they need to know what the client wants before they come in. For the show, they need to prepare ahead of time as well so as not to make the consultants look foolish or the store poorly stocked or portray the client in a way that would get Kleinfeld and TLC sued. That's why it's mostly scripted.
The fact that she thought she could go to Kleinfeld and find a dress under $1,000 to top her other dress was cringy. You aren’t always guaranteed to find a gem, and she should have definitely been up front about her goals.
I don't think she did think she would find a dress that cheap. You don't have to tell them what you have found. But, given her price point and that she took no interest in any of the other dresses, she was probably there to go to Kleinfelds.. If you have another dress in mind and are still properly looking, then you would take some interest in at least one other dress. I think she was finding fault with everything so she was not persuaded to accept a sale she couldn't take.
How RUDE can one be? Her fiance should put on his Running shoes!!!
I don't blame you Randy. She was truly annoying. Throughout the entire appointment, she could not tell you what she was looking for. Only stating what she wasn't looking for is completely the wrong approach, since it would be impossible to bring in 300 or more dresses. Her karma would be if the dress she liked elsewhere was sold already.
Justice would be her finally going to get the dress 'she liked' and then not being able to have it arrive in time for her wedding because she waited too long to order it.
Nice one!
Justice for her would be the producers not airing this episode. All that attention wasted.
Nah, that dress looks like it's from some place like Shein or Amazon - they probably have thousands of them, because they use the cheapest materials and they only cost a couple hundred bucks to make, if that!
She learned to be that way, somewhere. Her mother was complicit by not telling them that they already found a dress. They just wanted to play dress up with expensive dresses, hence the $5,000 price point given. Randy was pretty astute to suss out her game
If a bride is satisfied with a McRib sandwich why bother ordering filet mignon just to see what the difference is 🤷🤔
This girl's mother should have come clean at the beginning, or, even stopped her from going to another store just to "see what's out there." Such an "entitled" family.
Good term. The whole group projected, "entitled."
This was not a good thing to do. She completely wasted their time and energy. They could have used that time and energy on a bride who really needs and wants a dress. This was disappointing. I feel sorry for Randy and Sarah. They're so kind and time with them is valuable.
They are nicer than I would have been. I definitely would bawled her out for wasting everyone's time.
@@laurellane1721 yes!
This bride is so annoying!!
The mother and the bride totally wasted everyone's time...and they had no shame doing so. At least be honest with your Consultant - they can't really effectively help you if they don't know the truth. They took an appointment away from someone who REALLY wanted to BUY a dress, grrrr.
She is so happy to have used everybody for her own selfish curiosity. I feel sorry for her fiancé.
That was so rude and that bride is full of it.
If my kid acted like that, I’d walk out.
That crap starts in childhood.
Parents suck.
@@moniqueengleman873 yes, the Mom said she finally just refused to shop with her, until now, that is. Spoiled, entitled brat, imho.
@sarahdee374 My mother picked out my dress and mailed it to me. They did the entire wedding with 500 people. They did a lovely job and we made out big time on gifts.
My wedding was about them, not me.
It was a grand affair.
IMO, She should have stuck with the dress in new jersey. She wasn't truthful with Sarah and Randy and they were being used. I think she was there to be entertained.
She just wasted everyone's time . Sham on her and her Mother
I worked in bridal and this happens all the time. They found their dress already but they either don’t want the experience to end yet because they’re having fun playing or they just want to be completely sure by trying on everything (although sometimes they are afraid of finding something they like more so they aren’t honest about what they want). If every dress they put on they are thinking about and comparing to the other dress, then their mind is made up whether they want to admit it or not. I have spent many a 2 hour appointment this same way
When someone is overly negative/particular but justifies it with "I'm a picky person" instead of trying to improve their personality.
Horrible people to say you don’t know when others are busting their butts trying to help you.
Developmentally, she has not reached age 7. That is when you look beyond yourself to the wider world, consider the feelings of others, learn about compassion and consequences for your actions. Her parents have much to answer for. Notice that her mother and the rest of the entourage was amused. Not embarrassed, but amused that they somehow pulled a fast one on the staff. Pathetic and shallow people.
That was just so RUDE!!! I feel sorry for the man marrying her.
And Randy, you were indeed used!
What arrogance and waste of time on so many levels!!!
She was so rude…
Get her Randy....I love how you call people out.
What a horrible person. Bernadette, I feel for your fiancé. Yikes
It drives me crazy to hear someone say , " simple and elegant " and then complain that what's offered is , "too plain". Simple....plain...say what ?
Poor Randy and he did so well to handle the situation. That spoiled brat of a bride had no intention of buying a dress, she just wanted to be on a video. I pity the bloke who married her as nothing seems good enough for her and to start off with such an obvious lie by saying the budget was 2,000 dollars above what it actually was, was unforgivable. She should be ashamed of herself. Well done Kleinfeld.
If YOU don't even know what your style is, how do you expect a consultant to be able to please you?
Should have brought in a picture of the other dress and been honest and asked if they could do better.
To be honest I think there were many other dresses that would have looked way better on her than the one she chose at another place. Funny that that one was also satin and the first one she tried on here was also satin. Hope she has a wonderful wedding.
The dress in New Jersey is ugly, good luck to her, she just wanted to be on tv.
It is ugly and looks to be of very poor quality. A knock off
She's a rude person, she doesn't know what she wants. I feel sorry for her fiancé.
She knew. It just wasn't anything Kleinfeld's carried. 😡
@@mikkilewis5312As if Kleinfeld would carry anything that looks so....flammable!! 😂
The irony is that SHE didn't look good in any of the beautiful dresses she tried on. It had nothing to do with the dresses.
Omigoodness just pick something. Imagine just asking where she wants to eat for dinner. She'd probably find a flaw in every establishment and end up starving to death. The gatekeeping was also wild.
This bride and her Mom they were rude. If my daughter would want to waste people time. She woud go on her own.
Here in South Africa every time you try a dress they charge R50 per dress. If you buy then deduct from the amount you have to pay.
I looked it up. That's $2.61 US. That seems fair.
That girl is the worst. I guess her time is more important than everyone else. I wouldn't deal with her at all.
Tbh I think the dress she likes looks really ugly....perhaps the picture that was taken was not doing it justice but I think it did nothing for her.
I also don't understand how she thought they were going to get a dress for less than the one she liked, at Kleinfeld of all places. That was a total waste of time!!!!
It was TOO white and shiny - like a cheap Barbie outfit.
@@meggert2360 totally agree....I hated the fabric and the shininess made it look very cheap and tacky. I think she would have been better off with a "cheaper" Kleinfeld dress than the monstrosity she got (sorry, I am probably sounding way too bitchy🤐)
Steve needs to rethink his decision
Good luck Steve😂
Who knows; he may be just as annoying. If he's known her since she was 15, she must have shown her true colors by now.
She should just make her own. She doesn't know what she wants.
Actually, she did...
What a pain in the butt
I hope she matures one day. A very silly and inconsiderate girl.
That wasn't very nice..Hope she gets a job in customer service sometime...See how it feels..
She's a lawyer
I thought maybe she didn't want to get married. The dress she got wasn't nearly as nice as the couple she tried on and it looked cheap which was hilarious. She's a liar and mean. She was setting out to destroy them
SHE THINKS SHES SOMETHING, THEY SHOULD HAVE CHARGED HER FOR THE APPOINTMENT
😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
how do you not feel bad wasting everyone's time?!?
Narcissists have NO EMPATHY.
OMG! I've lost my words! She's so rude and inconciderate! And, her MOM! How can she let the daughter do things like that? They're wasting everyone's time.. Such a spoiled brat, that girl.. i feel sorry for her husband.
Totally rude! The bride was horrible and her family was in cahoots. What a waste!
I've seen many other brides come in to shop when they already have another dress in mind - and a few who have already purchased another dress - but I've never seen the other dress look so cheap and flammable!
Ooooo this bride gave me anger issues, which I’ve never suffered from before. Goodness
$3,000+taxes and fees+alterations=$5,000.
Okay but she has some valid points. It's also funny how her dress has a clam shell and that's the thing her whole family made fun of.
How rude to not be up front with the consultant and then expect them to read your mind. The shiny dress in the photo looked like the price it was.
They played in their faces, and wasted their time. That was inexcusable.
She is beyond Bridezilla level.
Being picky is one thing. Lack of respect is something else….
Randy really is the expert in knowing when a bride is hiding a secret that she already chose a dress and he got the truth out of the family instead of the bride. >
So entitled
Honestly, the dress she liked at another store was hideous 😮
I find it quite hilarious that she said she didn’t like the dress because it was plain. She is very plain looking, I’m sure her cheap little plain dress will look perfect on her. 😂🤣😂
I wish a very good day to all the early peeps here. 😊
And the mother allowed this with the kids there. How obnoxious.
She didn't explore, she exploited Randy and the staff. Some people have no manners at all.
Help. This girl is in a fantasy world of her own. I couldn't do it. You deserve a prize.❤❤❤
The fact that her mother went along with the deception? - 🤦♀️ Disgusting.
Her choices of words describe her.
The consultant's face is saying it all, you KNOW she thinking " I ain't payed enough for this shit " 😅
I feel really sorry for the fiancé. RUN! And get her out of the store!! OMG! I just saw the finale. Rude, rude, rude. The whole lot of them.
She’s going to be a nightmare to live with.
And this is why you should never hide anything from your consultant, ladies. Either you want to buy a dress or you’re playing dress up and wasting everyone’s time. You can’t defend this behavior. You just can’t..
I managed to do some digging and she’s actually still married and is a lawyer in Chicago. I’m really shocked. I guess Steve has put up with it awhile.
I was completely on her side until the end. It's your one and only wedding day, you get to be as picky as you want when choosing your dress, but shame on her for purposefully wasting their time.
