Excellent and useful video. Put together in a few hours with no mistakes. Very pleased except i can only move the lightest weight lmao. I have severe heart faliure and just want to keep my self moving so its great for me. Exercise is vital but i cant walk far.

@MarcyFitness no problem I was able to figure it out. However in part 15 when setting up the bench press pullys they didn't show how the cables were hanging when setting up the first pully.

You all have any video guides on the MD-7492? The engineer or whoever that did the assembly manual did a terrible job.

All screws are loose in step 3,4&5

@sabre3200 they are supposed to be it's not a problem you only tighten just before you fit pulleys
Buying this was the worst decision of my life the instructions can not be understood and this video does not help at all

He does NOT say anything. Instructional video is usually someone speaking the steps. His hands are constantly in the way and the manual sucks!!!!!
