Over two months sober and I couldn't be feeling better. For any of my stoners out there, your well being is worth much more then that stupid plant, sure it's going to be hard and a little boring for a week or so, but the payoff is so worth it and you're going to come out stronger then you've ever been. This isn't something you can ignore, it only gets worse until you quit using entirely. I smoked everyday for over 7 years and now I feel like I've really found myself through this process, as painful as it was. It wasn't too late for me and it's not too late for you to make the best out of your life. Good luck.

I was never diagnosed with chs but I swear I have it. I’ve quit for 4 months because my I felt my symptoms where very severe. Before I quit I went the a bunch of doctors and all of them told me I was completely fine which made me feel hopeless. I’ve never found help with doctor so I decided to take this upon myself to fix. After being off weed for a couple months my symptoms drastically decreased and I felt a lot better. Unfortunately because of how good I felt I tried picking it up again for a few weeks and brought my symptoms right back. I’ve made mistakes but I’ve been 2 and half weeks clean and even though I’m feeling my symptoms come back I will never do smoke again. If you see this Dr I know your probably upset for learning I smoked again even after feeling better but I’ve learned my lesson. Thank you Dr because I feel your the only person who understand what I’ve been going through and your videos are an inspiration to me. Whenever my symptoms are getting worse I come here to ease my mind and remind myself everything will fix itself with time. Don’t stop making these videos and for the last time thank you Dr for everything you’ve done for me

I definitely felt better after stopping using, but the random flare ups around stress or going to the gym had me very discouraged. But it makes sense and lines up with the episodes. Would it be similar to tips for those struggling with AMC addiction? Behaviorally, the two are a bit different. I just can't help thinking that the irresistible urge to constantly check to see if any of the catastrophes being hinted at in the news media are actually going down and the corresponding feelings of fear and depression that habit is inspiring can't be healthy. I was vomiting about 1-2x a month at the end of my THC journey but diarrhea several times a day, constant heartburn, and lots of assorted physical pains/migraines that I was having are going away as I'm putting more and more time between myself and THC. The BRAT (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast) diet is something that several Drs and family members working in healthcare recommended to me when my stomach was really bad. Nothing truly helped 100% until I got a little more than 1.5 months off of THC but it was certainly better than eating normally.
As per the Xanax, I take out 10x0.25mg (smallest possible dose) tablets every few months and they're addictive af. If I take them for 2-3 days in a row I'm bound to have a day or two of crippling anxiety 1-3 days after. After coming off of anti-depressants multiple times in my life and quitting adderall last summer, if you thought weed was hard to quit, pharma detox is hell on earth. I'm not saying don't take anything that you're prescribed ever again but just take it easy if a Dr. gives you a daily Xanax rX for quitting weed.

when I got sick for the 4th time I went to the hospital twice in days because the first time I went it didn’t help me but when I went again they did they same things to me again gave me gravel and fluids and they sent me home with zofran and said take ONLY if needed. I still struggle because I can’t get myself to stop smoking and I struggle with eating I never have an appetite and my anxiety is always high. I thought that if I smoke it would help my anxiety and help me eat but it don’t.

What about HHC, can that cause CHS? It does not contain THC

I got it from hhc. Heavy 😢 so hard I had to smoke all day but smoking helped only for 2 or 3 hours. Then vomiting began.

does starvation accelerate the detox? I'd rather die than drag things out. The hardest part of withdrawal is the timeframe.

Hello. I have a question. My husband is suffering with this for 8 years now. He has the same simtoms and for 8 years doctors says he is totally fine. He think the problem comes from his back. How to convince him and make him stop. He doesnt belive that weed is the general broblem not his back. My questions for you is do you still have problem vometing when you stop it or the problem goes forever when you stop smoking. How can i help him.

start with Al-Anon meetings because your husband is an addict

The problem will stop almost immediately after stopping. Unfortunately it gets a whole lot worse if he doesn't and I mean really bad. Does hot water help him with relief? If it does is undoubtedly CHS. Once he gets to that bad point he physically won't be able to keep usi g and hopefully will see what's actually going on

Have him watch videos like this and read comments. Have him take a hot af shower and get capsaicin cream. If that helps its CHS. But it has to be his choice. He has to be finally exhausted of the CHS cycle

2 days to a week or so. Fight it with nutrition, you're so depleted on signaling chemicals, your nerves are misfiring, and THC being present in that situation makes you endlessly nauseas. bannanas, water, fruits, rice. If you're DYING, its only like 150 to $200 to have a on-site IV company come to you and they can put vitamins in the IV, it brings you back to life, but makes you think you'll be ok to smoke again. . .

Unfortunately- I dont believe the diagnosis is correct. If u look back in history marijuana didnt do this. Its not cannabinoids, its nutrient toxicity

😆 🤣 your a lite smoker, good 4 you, respect the THC especially in Vape form, most smokers forget this, & quitting is (THC/vape) a challenge but more so the side effects - not quitting.
