Ingredients:
3 eggs
4-5 medium tomatoes ( 400 g )
2-3 moti hari mirch or capsicum
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
2-3 cheese slice or mozzarella cheese or processed cheese
1 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp butter
coriander leaves
