Really enjoyed the video, explained it all very clearly, very easy to listen too. You could be a teacher, and not surprised if you used to be 😊

Rates in USA should be a minimum of $0.56/mile (as per 2021 IRS standard mileage deduction) and $0.25/minutes ($15.00 per Hour).
Start time should be when we arrive, not when ride starts after the passenger gets in the car.
Minimum pick-up fee should be $2.00 and ALL customer cancellation fees should be a minimum of $5 for the Driver.
Lyft should charge $7 and keep $2 if they want a piece of that action.
Minimum trip fee should be $7.00, not $3.97
When Riders cancel during the trip, Drivers should be paid for their time, distance travelled AND get a $5 cancellation fee!
The "grace period" (for Riders to cancel without being charged a cancellation fee) should only be 30 seconds . . . .
OR drivers aren't sent ride requests until the 2 minute grace period has passed.
ALL fees and charges should be shown to Rider AND the Driver during the ride.
    .
Hey, Lyft ... why do you need 4,500+ EMPLOYEES and a $2 Billion office building?

What do you figure for maintenance and tires per mile?

7+ year driver. Mostly Airport here in the Atl. Live close. XL & comfort have long wait lines, My son refuses to do airport runs. I drive a mid size hybrid (new) with leather and cannot get comfort! Rules are applied per whose a## you kiss. Always told by customers my car is more comfortable than cars they get while going comfort! I enjoy driving but do it part time! I get long rides regularly!

Any kind of car would work for UberEats -- just keep it clean inside, too.

I usually watch the Uber map on my phone for hot spots but usually always out by 5pm and usually stay out as late as 2am just depending how busy it is. Saturdays are usually good all day from late morning to early morning the next day. I've done a lot of 12 or 13 hours Saturdays. Sundays are usually slower so its kind of a hit and miss. Thanks for your comment and good luck.

Do you think also toyota highlander hybryd is better for driving uber

Toyota makes awesome vehicles. Check with Uber before making the purchase. I've talked to Highlander owners and they love them. It is an SUV which I'm almost certain should qualify for XL rides. Make sure it has leather seats to qualify for Comfort rides as well. Seems the hybrid should give you much better gas mileage. My wife has an 8 year old Prius and gets almost 50 mpg. Good luck and thanks for the comment.

I ordered a Cyber truck but not for Uber. The only Tesla that would qualify for both Comfort and XL rides is the Model X which I could buy but won't because even though I would be saving a lot in fuel, it would take over 2 years to recoup my expenses. I've had my Honda Pilot for less than 2 years and have already paid for it twice. Thanks for your comment.

Don’t mind Kennedy. He just needs a snickers. He’s a little grumpy when he’s hungry.
Great video! I’m a teacher full time, and do Uber on the side. I actually wouldn’t mind doing it full time in the future because I live in the city. I’ve made pretty decent money so far! Thank you for the information!
