Getting a 2013 335i with the m package later today in the afternoon, so I’m definitely gonna keep watching this guys videos. He looks like he knows what he’s talking about. Gonna mod it like crazy after paying it off, for now, simple down pipe,intake,intercooler, and a tune I’ll be fine with that
@@Evoislife yeah.. pwg cars have the smaller older turbo setups. They don't make as much power once modded and limit max usable rpm. If you change the turbo most of those problems go away although the ewg cars are the preferred setup. And thanks... I appreciate that. Other than preventative maintenance (waterpump and thermostat and belt and idler pulley) I haven't had a single real issue. She is for sale though.. js lol
@@n55david so what you’re saying is once I tune the car or mod it I’ll experience limits on my rpm? How do you personally maintain those if you don’t mind me asking sir, during my research I have seen the water pump,thermostat and belt issues but I didn’t see anything about the idler pulley…. Sorry for the bother just like to know thing you know? Especially that could maybe help save a guy some money especially in times like now haha everything expensive. What you’re selling her? How come?

@@n55david F32 2014 cattless downpipe vrsf cts intake mhd stage 2 upgraded charge pipe and I’m on the 95ron/91oct map on mhd and getting a intercooler put in soon by vrsf.
@@n55david ye when I put in the intercooler in I’ll be changing piping adding boost pipe. How much horsepower do you think that will get me at without hpfp? I’ve heard hpfp is only worth it for upgraded turbo
@lucci3536 upgrading the lpfp is worthless unless you need over 625ish.. its hard to say but pump gas should get you around 400whp.. hpfp is the way to go, though.. 425 to 475ish depending on fuel

2013 is gonna be a pwg setup.. are you planning on upgrading the turbo?

@lucci3536 you want the race ic from vrsf, nothing else. You also want the cts turbo inlet pipe as well. That will get you the most out of the setup.

Where do you shift at on a roll with these cars? 6k?
With a stock ewg turbo is about 6200 if you have the mods I had in this video. 6100 or so otherwise. Much lower if it's a pwg stock turbo.
