- Adsorption chromatography is a chromatography technique in which the separation of molecules occurs by the
phenomenon of adsorption. The adsorption occurs because of interaction of sample molecules with the Adsorbent by hydrogen bonding or by vander walls interaction. when the mobile phase is passed the separation occurs based on the differences in interaction of sample molecules with the stationary phase and the mobile phase.
My doubts are clarified after I saw this video
Much better than an hour lecture videos 🎉
Thank u everything is crystal clear
This is so helpful, thank you so much!
beautiful video
Good Job👍
Thanks
keep it up!!!!!!!!!!
i'm gonna ask you a question .... The mobile phase does not interact with the stationary phase , with any kind of bonds ?
no in chromatography mobile phase is inert (not react with column and sample)
@@KdramasLovers856 thank you
my pleasure
Their role is only moving through the column, carrying the samples into column..ryt??
