Stay on top of the maintenance. Oil, brakes, Windshield wipers, air filter, cabin filter etc. Make sure you check all fluids. Get yourself a good scanner like Autel Bi Directional scanner on Amazon. Get rid of the run flat tires and get yourself a regular size front tire for a spare and place it in your trunk. Go to tirerack.com for tires. Convert all tires to regular tires, the sane size as your existing tires. Take your time and drive it like a classy lady. Only bring your car to the dealership when you absolutely have to, otherwise avoid like the plague. Have a personal mechanic outside of the dealership that you trust if you need to bring to him. That should be once in a blue moon. Don't give your car to just anybody. Always buy Mercedes or Mercedes compatible parts. Don't be cheap with your money as far as parts are concerned. Don't go broke buying parts from the dealershup where you can get the sane parts cheaper. Only buy parts from the dealer if you have money to burn and you need the parts now otherwise wait in the mail. Hope this helps
Unfortunately No. It is Part of the maintenance interval for the car. Depending on the person who drives it, werher he wants to keep up with the maintenance is entirely up to him or her.
@@WayneARobertson If the airflow direction is as you say, then one filter is installed wrong, unless it doesn’t matter with these particular filters. With filters that have a charcoal layer, I understand that airflow arrows have to face each other. Is this correct?
Such a great video so easy to explain thank you for this video
The two screws are there to prevent the plastic cover from rattling when the speaker is playing. 🤌🏽

Is it the same if it’s a 2019 e300 I can’t find any videos on that
It should be similar. Try it and see
Are there any additional advantages of this change other than cleaner cabin air ? tia.
Unfortunately No. It is Part of the maintenance interval for the car. Depending on the person who drives it, werher he wants to keep up with the maintenance is entirely up to him or her.
How do i change the cabin filter in MB GLC300?
It is probably the same procedure. Did you try?
So the dust is accumulated at the outside of the V shape, which means the air is flowing from outside the V towards the inside of the V, am I correct?
Yes
@@WayneARobertson Thanks for confirming!

@howardleopold9887 You have to make sure the 2 holes that are built into the air filter goes into the slot when you reinsert them
@@WayneARobertson Wayne- I was not talking about where the holes go. I’m talking about which direction the air flows through the filters.
Is the title of the video different from the content (550 or 560)?
It's S560. My Seo guy changed it..I will change it back when I get a chance
