    Thanks for the video. I was trying to avoid taking the breaks apart but end of the day you have to take almost everything apart anyways.

    I hope you tightened those control arms at ride height. If not, they will wear out prematurely.

      @curtbernard755 Control arms should be tightened in the position they will be at when the vehicle is on the ground. Known as ride height. The rubber bushings allow a certain amount of movement up and down. Ride height should be the center of that movement. The bushing will then be under no tension except for when a bump is hit. If it isn't, the rubber will be stretched at all times, and bumps will cause more stretching. The rubber will eventually tear.

    so you don't need to compress those springs? I'm about to change the upper and lower control arms on my 03 express..

      No need to compress them just jack up under the lower control arm

      These springs are killing me, so much tention can't put front end back together.

      ​@@jhonyzelaya7019yeah is not easy it takes lots of weight to compress those springs. use a jack but be very carefull.
