Thank you!!! I love my laptop, but I cracked the screen in 2018. With this video, I FINALLY replaced the screen! I had been lugging an external monitor to work EVERY DAY. Now I don't have to! This little machine is still pretty capable after you throw an SSD in it.
Thank you for making this video Ive looked all over for info on how to pull the back of the screen panel to replace it and no one has it they all focus on the electronic component side not the screen this is the closest Ive found its given me much more of an idea of what to expect while not covering exactly replacing the panel I now understand the procedure better cheers :)
Still relevant in 2017. My laptop took a beating in my bag when I wiped out and jarred the lcd cable loose and needed to figure out how in the hell to reseat it, which you video thankfully showed how to do so, thank you very much and have a good one!
@@beatzfadayzent yeah likely mate, if there was a chance it took a jarring drop or significant fall and a black screens the predominant issue then try it, what have you got to lose?

Why I’m here: Lost a 1v1 in fortnite when I was about to get my first solo win. Threw my headphones and smashed my poor baby. Lesson learned never play solo fortnite

The lcd cable can unseat frim Jarring? Mine was in my backpack sitting strapped to my rolling Suitcase but fell over hard. Could my cable have jarred?
