Use your lunch hour to do your 30 minutes of movement. Then you are getting away from your desk, decompressing and meeting your goal for the week for moving.
Holy shit!!! Your'e still alive!! Also I LOVE that you didn't quit college to pursue social media like every other college influencer has done.
Unless you are getting a bonus or something, TAKE THE HOUR LUNCH. DO IT. Go for a walk, shower, get groceries, etc. Your job doesn't care about you at the end of the day and they will fire you instantly without cause. TAKE THE LUNCH. Unless it's unpaid than fuck that.

the way i had took a double take when I saw that you posted! I haven't seen you since your college days, and the fact that not only have you graduated but are now doing a big girl job amazes me(proud of you girly!!).
Can't wait to see more of your videos this year, and as for your clothes try depop. Many creators use it when they film these types of videos and post items that are in decent shape onto there, It's a great way to get rid of your clothes fast but still make a buck

I think making 1 video/month is a great goal to have! One of my favorite content creators makes around two videos a month but they’re incredibly well edited and are really interesting to have in the background. They are also longer, so I can use them as a podcast. I’m so happy you’re back!

For some of the nicer stuff, see if you can find a local smaller church to donate too. They often have charity shops/drives organized. Or else see if there are any hospitals charity shops around. You can always google your local area and see if there’s places to donate.
There's also probably foster care organizations you could donate to too!

I work from home too with 1h lunch and 2x15min breaks, at the beginning and would also prefer to have less lunch time but giiiirl, I fully enjoy the 1h now, doesn’t matter if I have messages to reply, 12pm I’m clocking out and I’ll see you at 1pm (yes, it can wait boss) I still eat in like 20min and just read a little or watch TH-cam like I’m during right now actually 😂 10min

I work a hybrid job that also has a 1-hour lunch break “built in”. On remote days I’ve found that it’s harder to take an actual break because as soon as I step away from the computer people start messaging me

Its good to see you're already assimilating into adulthood. First tip, and you'll get better about this sort've stuff as you get older: Take that hour lunch. Your job (assuming its some big company) isn't going to be grateful you worked through it or put in that extra time in. It's up to you to lookout for yourself out there. Don't give a F. If people ask to go out and you don't want to.. Don't. Just tell them no thanks. And don't build up a mountain of lies. Its easier as you get older and find new, like-minded adult friends where everyone is exhausted, miserable, and doesn't have the time or enthusiasm to go do stuff like you're in college lol And maybe this touches on your book goal but.. Don't force yourself to spend time on things you aren't necessarily interested in at the time. I have all sorts of hobbies that I cycle through. Sometimes every few months or even years. I don't sweat it now because I've noticed the pattern since I was teenager and the enthusiasm always comes back around when it needs to. It sounds similar to you reading a bunch of books and then nothing for awhile. So do whatever you feel like doing in that moment. Binge watch shows? Read? Games? Some kinda art/crafts? Hiking or biking for a bit? Making a bunch of TH-cam videos within a month? Just go with the flow. You'll be happier and that's the thing you need to fight for the most as an adult. And finally, to ruin the moment,: Would've liked to see the leggings.
