I like to imagine that Astro goes hiking quite often in the woods while wearing his signature suit vest and pants. Encounters a random hiker along the trail, "hello, do you have a moment to talk about the ionized gas cloud called the Veil Nebula?"
The overgrown observatory reminds me of the videogames "Horizon Zero Dawn" and "Horizon Forbidden West", where they had these buildings of todays society that were retaken by nature thousands of years later. I love visting lost places. Very good video :)
To be honest, I was wondering why you were okay with using a suit in the brush. Did you count the amount of hitchhiking bugs afterwards? I would think that building it out of plywood, wouldn't be the most long term material for this. Nice historical anecdote though!
There dose exit images from 2009, but i could not get permission to use them in this video. But i can link to them here :-) facebook.com/photo/?fbid=3768504869838534&set=pcb.3768508369838184

You should have put on the exploration suit commander! ;)
It is the artimus suit. I just have a lot of cosmetic times over it ;)

I do like a good hike, however i usually wear something more practical. The things we go for TH-cam
Very cool!!
That is a very nice find. And shout out to the land owners for letting you look around and film it indeed.
Yeah. They were really nice people.

When I saw it, it immediately reminded me of the 1960 Time Machine movie, looking out through the windows as time passes…
Man I love this channel...! The sheer variety is astonishing, I never know what to expect.
Thanks. I like the variety and to just have fun making whatever video springs to mind :)

Do you have any old media of the observatory and or it's owners? Could you show it on the channel or somewhere else?

Now that was unexpected. We may just have got a glimpse of the best dressed wilderness explorer in his natural habitat... Thank you very much!
Tak for videoen - den har du klippet godt 👍
Mange tak :)
