I had to come back to this absolute classic after Starfield didn't win anything at The Game Awards. Not a surprise sure, but let's hope Todd wakes up for Elder Scrolls VI. Probably not.
Truth be told it did "win" awards, but not because it deserved them, but because there was cheating or the people in charge were kissing Bethesda's muddy boots in exchange for the cash.

We'll see, FO 4 is now well loved and FO 76 also has tons of defenders. Bethesda seems to have a cycle. Game is sheit on at release and then when the new generation games come out suddenly those old games were good and the new one is bad. Skyrim was treated the same way.
@@Ralathar44 No it was totally different with Skyrim. I heard about Skyrim everywhere, and I heard it is great. Only a few fans of older Elder Scrolls games wasn't happy as far as I remember. As for Fallout 4, I personally like it very much, but I know that people hoped for a better game mainly in terms of the story. So, what did Bethesda do? They released Fallout 76 - the game with almost no story! And I remember people was talking that this game is bad, but if all the bugs would be fixed it would be descent. I think that Fallout 76 as of now is an acceptable game, because they did fix it to some extent. But with Starfield it is a different story. Well... The story in the game is terrible, but this time the gameplay is also terrible, so there is nothing to defend. I don't think Starfield will ever be considered a good or descent game. Then the trap activates, holding him captive, then with a bow and a shimmer the evil Lord Todd Howard appears and sings this song. The fact that despite the audiences amazing portion, Todd only starts singing after they're done, meaning he does hear them, but also actively ignores them, it really drives the point in, Bethesda hardly cares.
It would have been awesome if they made the fans counter everything Todd says every few lines, but he just continues spouting his BS
