johnny ray they do? you know that never occurred to me when I watched this show as a kid.
Roger p89. Clips
OMG...! This is the real deal. Thanks for uploading!!
1:14 The cylon that said "I really think you should look at the other Battlestar" I thought that was very funny
Those voices are badass
This was dope back on the day
Now, These are Cylons! They may be clunky, but they don't have silly resurrection ships, clones, and all that.
A new movie with these Cylons would rule!
5 Microns to Impact! @ 2:01--2:03 Cylons always had a Cool voice!
Not having mouths was a genius move, yet more stock footage could be used again and again, like all the spaceship scenes.
On that note, that's where they screwed up in the Avengers 2 movie. They gave Ultron a CGI mouth with lips; it looked rediculous and took away from the horror of the concept of Ultron.
I am a huge fan of Battlestar Galactica in 1978 as a 12 year old boy. I love the voice of the Cylons, years later a science fiction movie called V came out in 1983. Lizard people who are actually called Visitors came to rule mankind and destroy Earth.
What's interesting about that is the Cylons were originally a reptilian or lizard-type race.
In 2022 they are already here, called Soros, Bill Gates, Biden, Blinken and other Khazarian neo-cons. Bye bye Earth.
Favorite show as a kid.
When I was 5years old I watched this on tv.
These cylons are so much cooler than the modern serious. Love their voices.
The voice of the Cylon Centurions was done with the EMS Vocoder 1000!!! NOT the EMS Vocoder 2000!
Was that Gary the centurion who said, "I really think you should look at the other battlestar"? Sounds like something he would say. PS - check out the 'Gary the centurion' series on TH-cam. You will see what I mean.
CYLON NATION 2021....
the film quality and lights are amazing
The Cylons and the Ko-Dan soldiers from The Last Starfighter sound legitimately scary and threatening.
The cylons didn't need to pilot their heavy raiders they could have installed a machine mind as a drone ship
AWESOME SHYTE , THE OLD CYLONS WHERE BETTER !
much better
agreed
THANKS to the EMS Vocoder 2000W Mk1!!
I liked it when the old-school Cylons turned up in the fourth-season TV movie "Razor", because they were actually pretty badass (as opposed to just showing up to get blown to pieces as they did in the original Battlestar). That said... I liked the design of the new Cylon Centurions a bit better. Don't hurt me :(
I always thought the Cylons were so cool
They’re just as badass as Stormtroopers
Best voice effect this side of the original Soundwave.
EMS Vocoder 2000W Mk1 and Roland VP-330 Vocoder Plus Mk2!!!
EMS Vocoder 1000 and Roland VP-330 Vocoder Plus Mk2!!!
Robot voices sounded amazing for the time.
EMS Vocoder 1000!!! NOT the 2000! AND NOT the Sennheiser Vocoder VSM201!!
I built a similar version robotic interface system in my job.
Nice! These things used to scare the piss out of me when I was a kid. :)
