For shortlisting..this is criteria for final selection..
In shortlisting they only would judge on xat score and academics

@@imabhishek185 MBA hi toh better option hai unke liye jinke 10th aur 12th mein 50% se bhi kam bane hai kyunki bahut saare top B school hai jo bina 10th aur 12th ke marks dekhe bhi admission dete hai jabki IT sector mein toh placement milne ka criteria hi 60,60,75 hai
