This is great. We bought known stores copies of baileys, and liked it. But this is awesome. Ty Rick, , you are TH-cam's no hassle, gentleman chef. The best simple chef on TH-cam. We love you here.
I can't drink alcahol anymore but several of my friends and family love a drink of Baileys, especially at this time of year. I might have a go and, if I manage it, it would make nice presents. I wangling to ask how you know it lasts three months, but after seeing you sampling your creation I'll ask instead have you managed to keep any that long?😂.thanks for the post and Season's Greetings Rik.👍
When I first heard of how Bailey’s came to be I was sure it had to be easy to make at home. Despite many efforts I never could get it right. Thanks for coming to my rescue.

Hi Rick, I love Baileys. Here in Germany I am spoilt for choice between 4, 7, or 10% fat content in condensed milk. How much fat is the evaporated milk you used?
Just in case someone else asks such strange questions, I'll answer my question myself. I think I have recognized the evaporated milk. It's " *car* of a *nation* ", isn't it 😜? Then it should be 8% fat.
How can the baileys last for 3 months when you drink it like that in the video? :) I love to make my own Baileys, especially at Christmas but have always made it with fresh cream.
