To be fair, the Etoille car could pass off as a concept car or a Le Mans and Formula inspired car with insane looking body kit and pink paint-job.
Also, the other car with anime wrap is actually realistic, those kind of cars are called "Itasha" which is a part of car culture especially in japan or among JDM-Anime fans.
