Nice lawn. I do like that grass as it looks like the one I put on my yard when we finished building our house. Called *Tall Fescue* in Australia and it is so nice to walk on with bare feet during the summer.
The secret container is also a great idea and I must figure out how to construct it with my extremely limited array of tools.

If you trim that top cap holding the grass lid it will allow the grass to open up a little more and cover the sides.... Or you can run the lawnmower at its lowest height adjustment and trim it off. LoL
